Sitting top of the Ligue 1 table leading into this week’s games, AS Monaco will be looking to continue their impressive start when they travel to Stade Reims on Saturday.

Reims have also started strongly in the French top-flight and will certainly be no pushovers when they welcome Monaco to the Stade Auguste-Delaune this weekend.

Reims, who find themselves in third place going into this week’s fixtures in the French top-flight, are 13/8 to win, with Monaco at 6/4 to claim the three points in Marne. The draw for this 8pm (UK time) kick-off is 13/5.

Manchester City loanee Josh Wilson-Esbrand and right-back Maxime Busi have dealt with recent ankle and hamstring injuries respectively and will need to be monitored ahead of Saturday’s game.

Meanwhile, Belgium international Thomas Foket will miss the clash with Monaco due to suspension.

As for the visitors, they have impressed at the start of the season despite a host of players out on the sidelines.

Ben Yedder seems to like playing against Reims, having scored in two of his last three games against the Marne outfit.

The 33-year-old striker has made a positive start to the season and is Monaco’s top goalscorer in Ligue 1 this term with four in seven games so far.

Ben Yedder had a frustrating September where he failed to find the back of the net, but against a Reims side he seems to like playing against, he might well find his shooting boots again.

While the Frenchman is 9/2 to score the opening goal of the game on Saturday, he’s selected at 5/4 to find the back of the net anytime against Les Rouges et Blancs.
