Draw (90 mins) @ 5/2
With West Ham eyeing a place in the semi-finals for the first time since 2006 and Leeds looking to reach the last four for the first time since 1987, there is a huge amount at stake for both clubs and a tight affair could be on the cards.
Both teams are still embroiled in a relegation battle, with the Hammers in 18th place and a point from safety while the Whites are three places and four points better off.
West Ham have been a tough nut to crack at home of late, as they are on a six-game unbeaten run at the London Stadium, but five of those contests have ended in draws at normal time and that suggests they are lacking that cutting edge to turn one point into three.
It has been a similar story for Leeds, who have been held to 0-0 draws by Crystal Palace and Brentford in their last two fixtures and have also been drawing after 90 minutes in their last five away matches.
With West Ham also requiring extra-time twice and penalties once in the FA Cup, and Leeds needing spot-kicks in their fourth-round win over Birmingham, there seems a good chance these two will be level at full-time.

Under 2.5 goals (90 mins) @ 1/1
With a semi-final spot on offer, there should be plenty of nervous energy at the London Stadium and it would be no surprise to see fewer than three goals in the capital.
Under 2.5 goals has landed in three of West Ham's last four home assignments and in four of Leeds' last five away contests, while the Whites have failed to score in four of their last five fixtures.
