Team News

Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo said there are a few players in his squad who are carrying knocks and will need to be assessed closer to the game, but goalkeeper Carlos Miguel is definitely out due to a hamstring injury.

Ipswich's latest injury blow comes in the shape of Omari Hutchinson, who is set to miss the next few matches due to a knee issue, joining Wes Burns, Chiedozie Ogbene, Christian Walton, Kalvin Phillips and Julio Enciso on the sidelines.

Conor Chaplin and Arijanet Muric are both in contention after overcoming injuries and could be part of the matchday squad.

Nottingham Forest to win and both teams to score @ 23/10

Forest secured a hard-fought 0-0 draw at home to Arsenal on Wednesday, halting a two-game losing streak and providing a timely boost ahead of this fifth-round tie.

The Tricky Trees have been strong at home this season, losing just two of their 13 top-flight fixtures at the City Ground, while they have gone eight games without defeat on their own patch.

Forest should have enough to overcome an Ipswich side that are five points from safety in the league and will be putting most of their focus on trying to avoid relegation to the Championship.

But the Tractor Boys will not exit the FA Cup without a fight and they should be able to get on the scoresheet, something they have achieved in their last five away assignments in all competitions.

Taiwo Awoniyi anytime goalscorer @ 23/20

Forest boss Nuno may decide to alter his starting XI for this contest and that could present an opportunity to forward Taiwo Awoniyi, who has had to play second fiddle to Chris Wood this term.

The Nigeria international started and scored in the fourth-round win over Exeter City and he will be relishing the chance to take on an Ipswich defence that has conceded 57 times in the top flight.
