Bristol City 1-0 Stoke @ 17/2
There are six games with nothing riding on them in the Championship this weekend, one of them coming at Ashton Gate. Roy Hodgson will manage his final game in charge of the Robins, and I think he will come out with a narrow victory, against a Mark Robins side that have struggled in the second half of the season.
Conor: 1-1
Nick: 3-1
Sheffield Wednesday 2-1 West Brom @ 16/1
Sheffield Wednesday haven’t won a game at home this season, and West Brom are 10 games unbeaten. However, this is a sell out, and Wednesday are ready to have a party in front of 33,000 fans. I just have a feeling that this might be the day for the Owls - as they look ahead to a new era beginning in League 1.
Conor: 1-1
Nick: 2-1
Blackburn 1-1 Leicester @ 6/1
Blackburn are safe, Leicester are down. What a sentence to write. The Foxes did show signs of life in the last two games, with two score draws, and so I’ll back another one here as they try and rescue some pride from a dreadful season.
Conor: 1-0
Nick: 3-3
Swansea 2-0 Charlton @ 17/2
Zan Vipotnik should scoop the Championship’s Golden Boot award, and he can fire Swansea to another home win, against a Charlton side who secured survival with a home win over Hull last time out.
Conor: 2-1
Nick: 2-2
Hull 1-2 Norwich @ 11/1
Now to the games that do matter. Hull City know that a big win against Norwich could take them above Wrexham and into the play-offs, but they face a tough opponent. No wins in six for the Tigers has come at the worst time, while the Canaries have been superb for months under Philippe Clement. They should fly with no pressure on their shoulders - and are a team to watch next year.
Conor: 1-2
Nick: 0-0

Derby 1-0 Sheff Utd @ 8/1
Derby sit eighth, one point behind both Wrexham and Hull, but they do arguably have the most favourable remaining fixture - facing Sheffield United at home. The Blades have been poor this term, while Derby know that they have to get something to break into the top six. I think John Eustace will get his team over the line in this fixture.
Conor: 2-1
Nick: 3-1
Wrexham 1-3 Middlesbrough @ 18/1
I think Wrexham might just blow it on the final day. If Derby win, they will overtake both Wrexham and Hull if they drop points. Unfortunately for the Welsh side, Boro still have a chance at the top two on the final day, and they are looking good again.
On paper, Boro are the better team, and they create loads of chances, which could just be too much for Phil Parkinson’s men to deal with.
Conor: 1-2
Nick: 2-2
Millwall 2-0 Oxford @ 6/1
Millwall need to win to stand a chance at overhauling Ipswich in second, and I think they will get the three points against Oxford. The U’s have been relegated despite an upturn in form, while the Den should be rocking which might just be enough to get the Lions an important three points. Oxford have 18 points from 22 away games, the second-worst record in the division.
Conor: 2-0
Nick: 3-1
Ipswich 2-1 QPR @ 15/2
Ipswich’s 2-2 draw at Southampton was a missed opportunity to secure promotion. It means they have one more shot at it. Win and they finish second. Back in the Premier League. QPR are kind opponents on paper, but these games always throw up one problem or another. I think the R’s will scare them, but ultimately Ipswich should get over the line.
Conor: 2-0
Nick: 3-0

Watford 1-5 Coventry @ 66/1
Champions. The Sky Blues have one game left to play before entering the Premier League, and they’ve looked excellent since clinching promotion at Blackburn. A 5-1 over Pompey secured the title, while a 3-1 win over Wrexham came on the day they were awarded the trophy.
Watford have been shocking lately, and on a high, Coventry might just take them to the cleaners.
Conor: 0-4
Nick: 5-2
Portsmouth 2-2 Birmingham @ 12/1
Portsmouth are safe and have won four of their last five. Birmingham have also improved towards the end of the season. Entertaining draw on the cards.
Conor: 1-2
Nick: 2-4
Preston 0-2 Southampton @ 12/1
Southampton can no longer finish in the top two, but they will want to win this game to try and finish third or fourth - and therefore get the second leg of their play-off semi-final at St Mary’s. They should be able to continue their good form at Preston.
Conor: 0-3
Nick: 2-1
