Saturday Football Accumulator Tips: EFL action in five-fold

We’ve got so much football action coming our way on Saturday that it gives us plenty to go at for our Saturday Football Accumulator Tips.
As usual, I’m casting my eye over some EFL action as we look to land a big winner on Saturday.

Middlesbrough (H) to beat Bristol City @ 8/15
Middlesbrough are having a little wobble at the minute, and their midweek defeat to Charlton has raised alarm bells as Millwall now sit just one point below them in the race for the top two. I do think there needs to be a calmness to Middlesbrough’s attitude from now until May, and this home game should come at the right time.
Bristol City have been appalling lately, losing five of their last six games and Gerhard Struber is coming under scrutiny. The cup defeat to Port Vale was bad, and they’ve followed it up with back-to-back 2-0 losses to Coventry and Leicester. Their attacking threat is minimal, and I cannot see Boro dropping more points here.
Millwall (H) to beat Blackburn @ 8/11
Really good price for this one in my eyes. Millwall are one of the form teams in the Championship right now, having won their last four games. That superb form has allowed them to reel in Boro, and promotion to the Premier League now looks like a realistic proposition.
Blackburn should provide placid opposition, having picked up just one point from their last four games. They are sliding towards the bottom three and with improvements from the likes of Leicester and Oxford - could find themselves in League 1 next term.
Norwich (H) to beat Preston @ 4/6
I’m targeting another team in poor form in the Championship, as out-of-sorts Preston travel to Carrow Road. PNE have lost their last three and are winless in six, as their play-off hopes have dramatically faded away.
Meanwhile, Norwich have won three on the bounce and are set to storm into the top half, with the play-offs not yet out of reach for the Canaries. Another home win looks sensible on paper.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
Lincoln (H) to beat Stockport @ 10/11
Lincoln City look destined for promotion from League 1 this season, and they are now four points clear of Cardiff City in second. More impressively, they are a whopping 13 points ahead of third-place Bolton Wanderers, so promotion looks to be a formality.
They host Stockport in one of the early kick-offs on Saturday, with the Hatters in poor form having lost three of their last four league games. They need to get some points on the board to cling onto a play-off place, but I don’t think they will get any here.
Bolton (A) to beat Rotherham @ 5/6
We finish with Bolton, who as I’ve already mentioned, are third in League 1. They’ve got little chance of catching the top two, but they will want to head into the play-offs with some momentum.
They’ve won their last two and should be able to beat a Rotherham outfit who sit in the bottom four, and have only scored two goals in their last seven outings.
