Wednesday Greyhound Tips: Doncaster trio head to the races

Today's Greyhound Odds

1 pt 15:11 Doncaster – Nothing In Ya (T3) @ SP

All eyes on Doncaster this afternoon with eleven graded races taking place at the Yorkshire venue. At 15:11 look out for the Debbie Calvert-trained May 2024 youngster NOTHING IN YA, who lines up from T3 in the B3 graded race over the four-bend 450-metre trip. The daughter of The Other Kobe is very lightly raced over four-bends with just three competitive runs on her card, with one ending in victory plus second and fourth placed efforts.

Nothing In Ya is blessed with blistering early pace. If the youngster gets it right at the boxes, she can lead round and kick for home off the second bend, once on the bunny, it's then catch me if you can. Splitting Hairs (T6) will be staying on well and could be worth including in forecast bets. Duggies Flyboy (T1) is a consistent early-paced railer. He has a chance with a smart exit from the boxes.

At 16:07 LUMINOUS DREAM appeals from a plot draw in T3. The August 2023 daughter of Serene Ace has an impressive five from eighteen record in the grade and, with an ideal draw to work from, she can add to that strike rate this afternoon. A vacant box on the inside of Luminous Dream strengthens claims, so it's now all eyes on the boxes to see if the Susan Watson-trained performer can ping the lids and make all.

Abigails Sunny (T1) is often there or thereabouts in D2 company and looks the main danger from a rails draw. Solo wide seed Liscarnan Flyer could attract support from T6. The Michael Adamson-trained September 2022 son of Ballymac Best is two from seven in the grade following a move from Dundalk and looks well-drawn to go close this afternoon.

1 pt 17:39 Doncaster – Calgray Flyer (T1) @ SP

Next up at Doncaster is CALGRAY FLYER who lines up from T1 in the B4 graded race at 17:39 over the four-bend 450-metre trip. The Shaun Birks-trained railer has finished third in his last three runs over course and distance, clocking around the 28.60 mark on each occasion. Those times put him bang there, and at a price he should go close this afternoon. The key to the race is the break and run into the first bend.

If Calgray Flyer holds the rails, he could surprise at decent odds. Shanahee Brian will attempt to make all from T4 and would be a huge runner if granted a soft lead. A winner of two B5 graded races in recent weeks, Shanahee Brian is still looking for his first victory in B4 company with a current record of zero from five. Easy Who is likely to prove popular in the market from T6. Well-drawn with a vacant box on his inside, the lightly raced July 2024 son of Links Maverick is a danger to all in an ultra-competitive graded race at Doncaster.
