Friday Greyhound Tips: A trio to keep an eye on at Romford

He is particularly drawn to the action at Romford, where al three of his picks are in action. Check out his Friday Greyhound Tips below.

Today's Greyhound Odds

1 pt 19:27 Romford – Chaddy Boy (T6) @ SP

Three selections from the London Road circuit this evening on an ultra-competitive mixed card at Romford. In the Alan Dennis 68th Birthday Stakes open race at 19:27 solo wide seed CHADDY BOY looks well-drawn, and, with a level break, the Daniel Brabon-trained Central Park raider can lead round and make all.

Lightly raced in recent months, Chaddy Boy has always looked like the type who would excel over this six-bend 575-metre trip at Romford.

The August 2023 son of Grangeview Ten looks plotted up with a debutant in T5 with middle comments on his card. If that rival moves towards the rails at lid rise Chaddy Boy can stay wide, sweep off the second bend and kick for home.

Burgess Sailor (T1) is top grade at Central Park and could be the one to chase home the selection. On The Payroll (T3) is a consistent four and six-bend performer at Romford and is worth noting in the market.

1 pt 20:36 Romford – Fabulous Sonique (T1) @ SP

At 20.36 in the Milton Family Stakes 2025, Coronation Cup winner FABULOUS SONIQUE looks well-drawn to make it three on the bounce over the 575-metre trip at Romford. The Mark Wallis-trained railer is in top form, winning or finishing second in her last eight runs.

Tonight, with a smart exit, she can lead round at the rails and make all. On the bunny, Sonique is a 35.15 type of performer, a repeat of that would see her take this by two or three lengths.

Aayamza Legend (T2) chased the selection home last week over course and distance and I can see a similar outcome this evening. Princess Matilda (T5) stays on well and could be worth including in forecast bets if the Gemma Evans-trained middle seed goes off at fancy prices.

1 pt 21:46 Romford – Four Votes (T5) @ SP

A little later on, look out for the Alison Kelly-Pilgrim-trained wide seed FOUR VOTES who runs from T5 in the A7 graded race at 21:46 over the 400-metre trip. In recent weeks, the July 2023 daughter of Jacob Tashadelek has slipped through the grades with runs in A4, A5 and A6 class.

Tonight, now in A7 company, she looks well-drawn and if she brings her trapping boots and returns to something like her best, she will take all the beating.

On the bunny, Four Votes has previously clocked 24.47, a repeat of that would put her bang there this evening. The key to the race is the break and run into the corner. It's imperative that Four Votes pings the lids and clears the pace on her inside.

Tip Top Ghost rates as the danger from T4. She's a consistent performer in this grade with three wins from eight runs.
