Friday Greyhound Tips: Trap2Line takes us to Romford

Our Greyhound tipster Trap2Line shares selections from Romford ahead of Friday's action.

20:19 Romford - Daring Hoffa (T4) @ SP

We arrive here in excellent form with two back-to-back wins over course and distance, and the latest showed a lot more early pace than usual. I think this race will be between us and T5 but with the advantage of being drawn inside that runner then we can gain that important first run and position as the field enter the bend.

T1 is more renowned as a four-bend runner and seems to get a tad outpaced over this two-bend trip. Has a good draw tonight but I don't think has the early pace to take advantage.

T2 will 100% bend diving for the rails, if they had been drawn T1 then I would've fancied him more than I do now, I can't see this one landing a blow in tonight's contest.

T3 is back on the card after a two-month hiatus and will need this race tonight for match fitness alone - will go off one of the outsiders.

T5 is our main danger and has some good time and scalps over both two and four bends. They return here from Monmore and will look to continue winning ways as won his last couple of races before going on his travels.

T6 has nothing to suggest that the sprint trip will suit them when looking at their form and this graded four-bend runner will go off a big price in this.

So to us in T4, we have a good chance to break level, pace up and clear at the bend. We are in great form, so all in all I think we have a very solid chance tonight.

21:46 Romford - Le Pur Sang (T5) @ SP

Didn't come away last week and crowded to the middle on the run up, so this move to T5 is ideal for them. They will show true colours and breaking ability tonight.

T1 landed four on the bounce last month and was in tremendous form, but that has been curtailed a bit in her last two runs.

T2 is still a pretty inexperienced pup - has won one but not showing very much early pace and that will mean trouble this evening.

T3 has one very quick win here and overall has good form. They've been drawn in the right box to ping out the traps but space will be at a premium on the inside this evening and will do well to avoid trouble. If he does manage to avoid it, he has a decent chance and is a danger to our chances.

T4 has an awful draw and will be turning left at trap rise. My guess is that they'll crowd with inside runners as I've watched his races at Monmore and he is a very tight railer.

T6 wins the odd grade race either A1 or A2 but this race is a bit out of his class this evening, and will struggle to keep up if we come away.

So to us in T5, acres of room to pace up and hopefully clear the inside, if we do I'm confident of a big run.
