Sunday Greyhounds Tips: Two picks from Sunderland and Towcester

Sunday's Greyhound tips from Trap2Line come from Sunderland and Towcester - can he pick out two winners?

12:34 Sunderland - Sunset Daybreak (T2) @ SP

A selection that has been really unlucky visually and in her runs the last three runs - again got a great chance as drawn this afternoon in this D3 contest.

A great opportunity to win this and begin to climb the sprinting grading ladder back up to D2

T1 is very slow into stride as a four-bend runner stepping back down to two bends. They have no early pace and that is a crucial factor in sprints as you need to get away from the boxes or you will be crowded out at the bend.

T3 more known for his D4 runs and goes off a big price in this grade, I can't see this one getting involved, one of the outsiders for me.

T4 won a D4 recently but did struggle previously to get competitive in D3s. They will come together with T3 on the run up as both want the same running lane and can crowd each other out of it.

T5 recent A5 scorer in a quick time, reverts back to two bends today and does have some good split times over four-bend trip that could suit in this race. T6 is a true D4 runner, saves all her best form for that grade and struggles when up to this level.

16:44 Towcester - Kranky Drake (T5) @ SP

Major eyecatcher on debut last week after being basically knocked over to recover and make up copious amounts of ground.

T1 English debut last week, was in a deep race but a slow start cost him any chance, this to me is a harder race so will be a big price in this.

T2 will crowd initially with T1 as this runner really wants the rails and will turn straight left at trap rise, however their overall times are not quick enough to get involved today.

T3 ran in the derby and did qualify for a few rounds, badly crowded a couple of times last week when going off odds-on for a similar contest.

T4 won a sprint with a quick 15.77 last week, previously an A1 runner but times aren't again quick enough to compete with us and T3, in my opinion.
