Wednesday Greyhounds Tips: Two to shine in today’s contests

It's Wednesday already, and our greyhound expert Trap2Line is putting up a couple of potential flyers for our close inspection this late afternoon - at Sunderland, and Yarmouth.
Greyhound Tips - Wednesday, March 26
T2 (Emers Macie) 17:24 Sunderland @ SP
Big drop in grade this afternoon, having been competing and running well in strong open races the last few weeks and recording times that would easily land this D2 granted a clear run.
We are pretty consistent at the traps so I see a dominant display throughout.
How I see this race going - T1 is returning after a lacklustre run over four bends, not showing anything at all. Has retrialled over this two-bend trip since and broke 16 seconds which puts her bang in this. I just feel T2 will get first run and that will be key.
T3 - overall times not quick enough for this D2 having won a D3 latest, but more than a few lengths off these in a clean-run contest. T4 is similar to T3 - runs better in D3 than D2 races, and could come into this if there was trouble.
T5 has very consistent times and always runs well but again won't be quick enough if T2 runs to form and does sometimes start slowly which of course is difficult to recover from in a sprint.
T6 is a bit of an unknown, as does have very decent four-bend form but seemed to get outpaced latest on first two-bend run before running on, and I see that again today.
So in conclusion I see an easy trap-to-line victory for us, breaking the 16 second barrier in the process. Very confident choice.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
T3 (Rosshill Annie) 18:48 Yarmouth @ SP
Recent Irish recruit has been unfortunate so far in races over here and was very badly crowded latest at the start, which put paid to our race.
Again crowded out of things at the third bend when making headway, we did show excellent pace after finding trouble though, and an A7 is well within our compass given a clearer run than we have thus far enjoyed.
How I see tonight's race going - there is pace in T1 and T2, and that can help us. T1 has been dropping down the grades recently and not looking great at the bends, while T2 will punch a nice hole for us to run into, granted our normal exit.
T2 will need this having her first run since November so could well empty out late on, even if leading up. T4 is another grade-dropper and rates our main danger if we get held up, had every chance latest, and didn't seem to want to get on with it as would have gone very short in running to win but never got past the leaders.
I feel we will just be too strong tonight. T5 is another with early pace but so far in races looks not to stay this 462m. T6 has got the odd decent bit of form but overall is disappointing.
For the reasons above I believe we have a more than solid chance to win our first race on these shores.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
