Thursday Greyhounds Tips: Two Hove selections catch the eye

Our resident Greyhounds tipster Trap2Line is back with another article as he delivers his selections for Thursday.

Hoping to provide more success for our punters, check out his Thursday Greyhounds tips, which come from Sunderland and Romford, below.

T1 (Kilara Show) 20:59 Hove @ SP

Step down in class this evening, which will suit us, and a good draw on the rails in this race tonight. It's a more competitive race this evening than it looks on paper but we have the open race form to win this race and win it well. 

How I see the race going tonight: I've noted in the last two open races that we have been crowded out at the initial bend both times when nearly going round in front. Tonight we don't face any open race early pace types so granted a normal break we can force our way to the front early. If we do go round I feel it's game over. Of course, if we don't lead or get crowded it will be difficult but taking everything into account we come out on top. Confident selection.

T3 (Never say no) 18:42 Hove @ SP

Desperate in defeat last time out, the race saw a crowded middle throughout so the trainer moves us to T3 tonight which should suit better. T6 reposes but we have had the measure on that rival on numerous runs here.

How I see tonight's race panning out: We will have to look lively out the traps as we are drawn outside early pace both in T2 and T1, If we get round the first two bends unscathed we can open up down the back straight and be in control of this race by bend three. The danger might come from the outside runner in T6 if we do get held up as they are only wide seed and could be dangerous if clearing everything at the bend. To add to this, we could pick T6 up if we turned second in behind but I feel overall that we can lead that rival with a ping break.
