Greyhound Betting Tips, Sunday November 10

  • 17:54 Towcester - T1 (Starshinestunner)
  • 19:16 Crayford - T6 (Mickeys Tribute)
  • 18:59 Crayford - T3 (Iceman’s Girl)

17:54 Towcester - T1 (Starshinestunner)

Grade - open race 500m

Comes here after races at Hove/Perry Barr and Romford; reading through the lines the form we showed is better than it seems and today's draw and trio are ideal. We seem to check off the back of dogs when challenging at the bends but I do see us in fact leading this afternoon so you will see a completely different bitch, all being well.

How I see this afternoon's race going - again a match with us and Trap 2, but with the benefit of the draw and split times I see us leading our danger and being too strong. If we do lead we won’t be back run by any of today's field.

19:16 Crayford - T6 (Mickeys Tribute)

Grade - open race 380m hurdles

Comes here on the back of a trail stakes victory, and lots of trials in between to brush up on our jumping technique as we are a relatively new recruit to the hurdles from the flat. We have all kinds of flat speed and can use that throughout this competition. Not only do I fancy us to win tonight, but to win the whole competition.

How I see tonight’s race going - we do have the antepost favourite for the competition on our inside but that dog can give us a nice clear run on the outer. Again I make this a two dog race but think Trap 5 will edge across to the middle and drag us round the bend; if we do turn second we can use our flat pace to take control down the back and go away for a good win.

Not many wide seeds in competition so we should always get our draw in each race.

18:59 Crayford - T3 (Iceman’s Girl)

Grade - open race 540m

Steps up in trip for the first time after fast-finishing runs over the 480m; trialled here last week and for a first look at the track performed well, recording a decent time over course and distance.

How I see tonight’s race going - I see this as basically a match between us and Trap 1 and with the benefit of our four-bend early pace we can quickly seize control of the race from the start.

In races we trap well but lack a bit of middle pace; but over the extended six bends I feel we can be prominent throughout. IF we lead in this we won’t be beat. Confident selection.
