Brighton & Hove Albion 4-2 Manchester United
Brighton are looking to clinch a spot in Europe next season, while Manchester United are guaranteed to finish third, so the motivation is all with the hosts here.
The Seagulls have already beaten the Red Devils once this year, triumphing 2-1 at Old Trafford in their FA Cup third-round tie in January, although they were defeated 4-2 in October’s reverse Premier League fixture.
At the Amex Stadium last season, though, Brighton edged Man United out 2-1, and the South Coast side have won three of the last four Premier League head-to-heads there (L1).
Fabian Hurzeler’s charges have won their last three league games on home soil, while Michael Carrick’s United side have won just one of their last four on the road (D2, L1).
Many of the Man United players will have their summer holidays on their mind, or the World Cup, so I fancy a home win here.
Conor: 2-1
Simon: 1-2
Burnley 2-2 Wolves
A ‘mid-off’ would be putting it kindly.
These are the two worst Premier League teams this season by a country mile, and all that’s left to decide is who picks up the dreaded wooden spoon.
Burnley, led by interim head coach Mike Jackson, are in pole position to finish 19th as they sit two points clear of Wolves ahead of Sunday’s game at Turf Moor, but the Clarets haven’t tasted success since beating Crystal Palace 3-2 at Selhurst Park on 11 February, and their last league win on home soil was against Leeds United back on 18 October.
Rob Edwards’ Wolves aren’t in good form either, failing to win any of their last seven league matches (D3, L4), but they’ve only lost one of their last three, so there have been some shoots of positivity.
I think both teams will go for it here, and I can see them sharing four goals in a 2-2 draw.
Conor: 1-1
Simon: 1-3
Crystal Palace 1-1 Arsenal
A battle of two European champions, perhaps?
Crystal Palace play the UEFA Conference League final against Rayo Vallecano next Wednesday, and three days later, Arsenal take on Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Champions League final.
The Gunners were confirmed as Premier League champions on Tuesday for the first time in 22 years following AFC Bournemouth’s 1-1 draw with Manchester City, so there’s nothing riding on this game for them or the Eagles.
Both sides could play second-string sides, so it's a difficult one to call; I'll split it down the middle and back a 1-1.
Conor: 1-1
Simon: 2-4
Fulham 2-2 Newcastle United
A mid-table meeting at Craven Cottage as Fulham and Newcastle United both look to break into the Premier League’s top 10 before the season’s conclusion.
The Cottagers had European aspirations at the start of this month, but two defeats and a draw have seen that dream slip away.
The Magpies, meanwhile, have endured a dismal league campaign, with Europe also extremely unlikely for them, too, but two wins and a draw from their last three matches has offered encouragement ahead of this trip down to south London.
With the pressure off both sides, I’m predicting goals between the two, with another 2-2 slated.
Conor: 1-2
Simon: 2-1

Liverpool 2-2 Brentford
A third Desmond, anyone?
Liverpool’s players look to have checked out, but luckily for Arne Slot and his side, Manchester City came from behind to hold AFC Bournemouth to a 1-1 draw on Tuesday, which has all-but guaranteed the Reds a top-five finish and a ticket to next season's Champions League.
Brentford, meanwhile, are looking to land a Europa League or Conference League berth, so there will be no shortage of motivation for Keith Andrews' side at Anfield.
The Bees beat Liverpool 3-2 in October's reverse fixture, and they can take more points off the Merseyside giants this weekend and spoil Mohamed Salah's swansong.
Conor: 1-2
Simon: 3-3
Manchester City 4-1 Aston Villa
Aston Villa secured a top-five spot with a 4-2 victory over Liverpool last week, and there have been even more celebrations this week following their Europa League final win over SC Freiburg on Wednesday.
Man City, meanwhile, are still smarting from Tuesday's stalemate at Bournemouth which saw the title head to the Emirates.
At home, though, against what is likely to be a second-string Villa side, I'll back a big home win.
Conor: 2-1
Simon: 3-2
Nottingham Forest 1-3 AFC Bournemouth
European football will head to Bournemouth for the first time next season, but will the Cherries be in the Champions League or Europa League? That's still to be decided.
Either way, the Cherries will be going all out for the win on Sunday in Andoni Iraola's final game in charge of the club.
Bournemouth are on a remarkable 17-game unbeaten run in the Premier League, and they're fancied to extend that to 18 on Sunday with a victory over Nottingham Forest, who are guaranteed to finish 15th or in their current position of 16th.
Vitor Pereira's side are already looking forward to next season and are likely to fall to a second consecutive defeat following last Sunday's 3-2 reverse at Man United.
Conor: 1-3
Simon: 1-2
Sunderland 2-1 Chelsea
Sunderland ended a run of four games without a win by coming from behind to beat Everton 3-1 at Hill Dickinson Stadium last Sunday, a result that has the Black Cats in contention to qualify for Europe.
Their opponents at the Stadium of Light this weekend, Chelsea, are eighth, a point better off than Regis Le Bris' boys, following Tuesday's 2-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur.
Sunderland beat the Blues 2-1 at Stamford Bridge earlier this season, and I think they can get the better of the west Londoners again here.
Conor: 1-0

Tottenham Hotspur 1-3 Everton
On to the two biggest games of the weekend, and first up we have Spurs against Everton, led by former West Ham United boss David Moyes, at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Spurs have failed to win their last two matches, drawing 1-1 to Leeds United before losing at Chelsea in midweek, and they haven't won a Premier League game on home soil since beating Brentford 2-0 on 6 December.
Roberto De Zerbi's side only need to draw on Sunday to achieve survival, as their goal difference is much superior to West Ham, but I'm backing them to come unstuck against the Toffees, who, mathematically, can still qualify for Europe, and spoiled the party at Newcastle United on the final day last season when the Magpies were going for the Champions League.
Conor: 1-1
Simon: 2-1
West Ham United 2-1 Leeds United
With Spurs tipped to lose, a win for West Ham against Leeds would see the Irons claw their way to safety, and I'm backing them to achieve that - just about.
Their visitors to the London Stadium, Leeds, have little to play for, although the Whites will still pose a threat in east London.
Still, I think Nuno's side have enough in their attacking arsenal to outscore Daniel Farke's charges, and send Spurs down to the Championship.
Conor: 2-1
Simon: 1-1
