Leeds vs Fulham Prediction: Wilson’s wand to mesmerise Whites

Friday 16th January 2026, 15:30pm

Leeds United's bid to go eight unbeaten in the Premier League was cruelly denied in the 12th minute of second-half stoppage time at St James' Park last week as Harvey Barnes secured a 4-3 win for Newcastle United. Next up in the competition for Daniel Farke's men is a Saturday (15:00 GMT) fixture with Marco Silva's Fulham, who are undefeated in their last six league games (W4, D2).

Below are my Leeds vs Fulham predictions, supported by all the latest team news and match odds, ahead of Saturday's contest at Elland Road.

Leeds vs Fulham Betting Tips

  • Harry Wilson (FUL) - Total Assists Over/Under +0.5 - Over 0.5 @ 5/1
  • Bet Builder - Anton Stach (LEE) & Harry Wilson (FUL) 2+ Shots Each @ 13/8

Team News

Brighton & Hove Albion's Facundo Buonanotte, who spent the first half of the season on loan at Chelsea, could make his Leeds debut on Saturday after signing for the Whites on a temporary deal until the end of the campaign.

Joe Rodon (fatigue), Jayden Bogle (calf) and Sebastiaan Bornauw (hip) should be fit to feature, leaving Dan James (hamstring) as the club's only injured player.

Football Odds

As for Fulham, Samuel Chukwueze, Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey are preparing for Sunday's Africa Cup of Nations final with Nigeria, while Kenny Tete and Rodrigo Muniz remain sidelined with hamstring injuries.

Josh King (knee) has missed all four of the Cottagers' games this calendar year, but the 19-year-old could make his return to action on Saturday.

Leeds vs Fulham Predicted Lineups

  • Leeds: Perri; Struijk, Rodon, Bijol; Justin, Gruev, Ampadu, Stach, Gudmundsson; Calvert-Lewin, Aaronson
  • Fulham: Leno; Castagne, Andersen, Diop, Robinson; Berge, Cairney; Wilson, Smith Rowe, Kevin; Jimenez

Leeds vs Fulham Odds

After four games without a Premier League victory (D3, L1), Leeds are 6/5, or a 45.5% chance, to return to winning ways against Fulham, who are 5/2 (28.6%) to do the double over the Whites, with the draw offered at 23/10.

Betfred have boosted the Premier League's December Player of the Month, Leeds striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, to register 3+ Shots On Target to 11/2 (was 9/2).

Leeds vs Fulham Stats

  • Wilson (FUL) has provided seven assists for club and country this season
  • Stach (LEE) is averaging 2.2 shots p/90 (PL)
  • Wilson (FUL) is averaging 2.7 shots p/90 (PL)

Harry Wilson (FUL) - Total Assists Over/Under +0.5 - Over 0.5 @ 5/1

Fulham's Harry Wilson, one of the Premier League's most productive players since the start of November, scoring six times and registering three assists to take his 2025/26 season tally to seven goals and four assists, respectively, was responsible for leaving my jaw open for approximately five minutes last Saturday afternoon.

The 28-year-old produced a stunning assist for Kevin's goal in the Cottagers' 3-1 FA Cup third-round victory over Middlesbrough at Craven Cottage, making it seven assists for club and country this season.

Today's Football Fixtures

Wilson has scored in his last three appearances, so he's an attractive option in the Anytime Goalscorer market at 5/2, too, but at 5/1, I'm backing the overs in the Total Assists Over/Under 0.5 market for the Wales international.

Leeds shipped four goals at Newcastle last time out in the Premier League and have kept just one clean sheet in their last 18 top-flight matches, so it feels likely that they will concede on Saturday, and it could well be Wilson who is the architect of their downfall at Elland Road.

Leeds United vs Fulham - Harry Wilson - Total Assists Over/Under +0.5

Bet Builder - Anton Stach (LEE) & Harry Wilson (FUL) 2+ Shots Each @ 13/8

Leeds midfielder Anton Stach, who is averaging 2.2 shots per 90 minutes in the Premier League this season, has recorded at least two shots in six of his last eight appearances, only failing to post 2+ at home to Liverpool (3-3) on December 6 and away to the same team (0-0) on January 1.

In September's reverse fixture at Craven Cottage, the 27-year-old shot three times, missing the target with all three efforts.

On the other side, Wilson, who is averaging 2.7 shots per 90 in the 2025/26 Premier League, has registered at least two attempts in all four post-Christmas contests, hitting eight last time out at home to Chelsea (2-1).

Wilson only shot once against Leeds in September, but he was taken off on the hour mark of that game, which feels unlikely to happen this time around, considering the sensational form he is in.
