Bangladesh vs West Indies Prediction: Tigers the bet to strike back

West Indies defied the odds to go 1-0 up in their three-match T20 series in Bangladesh on Monday and will be looking to close out the series in the second contest in Chattogram (12:00).
But the free-falling Windies have not won a single one of their last seven bilateral T20 international series so don't be surprised if the pressure doesn't get to them.

Team News
Off-spinner Mehedi Hasan was missed with both bat and ball in the first ODI and has to get the nod in Chittagong.
Bangladesh went with three pace bowlers in the first T20 with Mustafizur Rahman the likeliest to make way after figures of 0-40.
It was almost a textbook performance from West Indies in the first game - runs on the board and skittled the opponent to win easily - so head coach Darren Sammy will be tempted to play the same team.
Match Odds
Bangladesh are evens to get back to winning ways with West Indies 4/5 to complete a rare bilateral series win with a game to spare.
Tanzam Hasan Sakib and Shai Hope took top team batter honours on Monday and are 16/1 and 13/5 respectively to repeat their feats.
Bangladesh to win @ 1/1
It was the Bangladesh we thought we had seen the back of who re-emerged in Chattogram for the series opener, producing a calamitous batting display to all but gift West Indies the opener.
The Tigers had bowled well for 17 overs only to let Shai Hope and Rovman Powell get away with 51 off the last three overs.
Even so, a target of 166 looked more than gettable only for Bangladesh's top order to completely lose their discipline and heads as they crashed to 42-4 in the powerplay.
That the debacle should end with Taskin Ahmed stepping on his own wicket seemed somehow fitting.
There is no way Bangladesh management - or the players themselves - will countenance a repeat of Monday.
Remember, this is a team who have won four bilateral T20I series in a row against a team who have lost each of their last seven.
Small margins will swing this contest the other way and Bangladesh can find them to level the series.

Litton Das top home batter @ 10/3
Litton Das was out to a soft dismissal in the series opener on Monday, caught in about seven minds when offering Akeal Hosein a routine caught and bowled.
Captain Das is far better than that and coming out of a summer when he has performed so well in the T20 arena, it would be a surprise if the heartbeat of the team misses out again.
Das had two half-centuries against Netherlands in the build-up to the Asia Cup where 59 in victory against Hong Kong was his finest hour.
Bangladesh had a powerplay to forget on Monday and Das was at the heart of it. Don't expect them - or him - to make the same mistake again.
