We managed to land two-out-of-three in our tips for yesterday's matches, and there's plenty of more NBA action on Thursday night to dissect. We've picked out our best bets for the upcoming games.

NBA Betting Tips

  • Bulls @ Heat - Bulls (+5.5) @ 10/11
  • Thunder @ Kings - Thunder @ 21/20
  • Warriors @ Clippers - Warriors (+5.5) @ EVS

Bulls @ Heat - Bulls (+5.5) @ 10/11

The Bulls head to Miami with one of the worst road records in the entire NBA, but they've been solid recently, winning four of their last six.

I've mentioned this in previous columns, but Miami's injuries problems are well-documented, however, they've managed to win their last two.

Miami have lost three of their last four at home though, and Bam Adebayo's absence continues to be a significant loss, so I think Chicago can cover the spread here.

Thunder @ Kings - Thunder @ 21/20

Thursday's game will be a rematch of a 105-98 Kings home win in the NBA In-Season Tournament last month, in a triumph that catapulted Sacramento towards a group win.

However, Sacramento's defense continues to be an issue as they rank 20th in defensive rating, and they also rank 21st in opponent points scored in the paint.

The Thunder are second in the Western Conference standings, with four wins in their past five games, and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander continues to impress on every level.

Outside of being better on both ends of the floor, Oklahoma City's winning percentage is higher on the road than it is at home, so I'm taking them on the money line here.

Warriors @ Clippers - Warriors (+5.5) @ EVS

The struggling Golden State Warriors head to the Crypto.com Arena on Thursday night to face the red-hot LA Clippers.

After a 110-106 home win over the Portland Trail Blazers on December 6, the Warriors have lost on the road at the Oklahoma City Thunder 138-136 in overtime, and at the Phoenix Suns 119-116. Draymond Green has been suspended indefinitely by the NBA for his clash with Jusuf Nurkic in the Suns game, his second suspension this season.

Since a 120-114 defeat at Golden State on the last day of November, the Clippers have won five-straight contests, including a 113-112 home victory over the Warriors on December 2.

I don't think that the Warriors will win here, but I think that they can cover the spread at least. Their last three losses have been by one, two and three points respectively, and although the Warriors are winless in six-straight outings on the road, they’ve covered in four times during that stretch.

The Clippers take the floor for the third time in four days and might struggle with fatigue, making for a close game.
