Tennis Betting Tips: Fritz to teach Fonseca a thing or two

Tuesday saw huge improvements in my tennis betting tips as I jumped from zero on Monday to two out of three yesterday, and hopefully a lot of you were able to benefit.
This puts a bit of pressure on me for Wednesday to keep up the standard but it has only made me more careful with my selections. Check them out below.

Set Betting - Rebecca Sramkova to beat Varvara Gracheva 2-1 @ 11/4
In Eastbourne, Rebecca Sramkova takes on Varvara Gracheva in what could be an interesting match up. Sramkova comfortably defeated Jaqueline Cristian, which was impressive just a few days after her semi-final run in Nottingham earlier this month.
Gracheva has won three tight contests since the qualifying round and her win against Camila Osorio was a tough battle against a gritty opponent. Predicting Gracheva’s matches is tricky because consistency is a constant issue for her, which in itself poses a potential problem for her opponent.
If the French star suffers a slow start, Sramkova could end up running away with it, but if she starts well, she can ensure this goes the distance. I'm inclined to go with the latter on this occasion but I think Sramkova's quality will shine through.

Set Betting - Taylor Fritz to beat Joao Fonseca 2-0 @ 1/1
Teenager Joao Fonseca will be relishing his test against American Taylor Fritz at Eastbourne on Wednesday as he is continuing to show his talent against top opposition.
The Brazilian is still very much a work in progress at 18 years of age, but there is so much promise about his game and there were some strong forehands on display against Zizou Bergs on Monday.
There were some glaring misses from Fonseca in that match, though, and he cannot afford as many up against a top-10 player in Fritz. The American has already enjoyed success in this grass-court season, claiming the title in Stuttgart earlier this month.
His consistency from serve will undoubtedly cause problems for his opponent here and will likely force him out of his comfort zone. Fritz has experience over Fonseca and this should see him through into the next round.
I have him to win in straight sets.

Set Betting - Donna Vekic to beat Linda Noskova 2-1 @ 18/5
Over in Bad Homburg, defending champion Donna Vekic is in action against Linda Noskova and she could do with a confidence boost here ahead of a return to Wimbledon, where she reached the semi-finals last summer.
I foolishly had her to lose against up-and-comer Diana Shnaider in the last round and Vekic left me with egg on my face. The Croatian was brilliant as she dismantled her opponent in straight sets and it was a performance that we were used to seeing from her on this surface last summer. If she can continue building momentum this week, she may pose another threat in the race for the Wimbledon crown next month.
Her powerful serve and baseline game were excellent last time out and this will present issues for Linda Noskova on Wednesday. Noskova has been enjoying herself on grass so far this season with three wins from four, including a straight-sets victory over Ajla Tomljanovic in the first round.
She is yet to make it past the second round here but her run to the quarter-finals in Nottingham last week may have aided her preparation. Noskova can make life tricky for Vekic if she brings her A-game, but I think the Croatian will progress if she plays the way she did against Shnaider.
