Nap of the Day: Love Me Tender to strike for Mullins

Sunday is a major day on the racing calendar, with the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe taking centre stage in Paris alongside plenty of action across Britain and Ireland. In the UK they race at Kelso and Uttoxeter, while Irish racing is from Killarney and Tipperary.
Our Nap of the Day bids to maintain an unbeaten record for Willie Mullins after a high-profile ownership change.

There is some quality Irish action on offer from Tipperary, where they stage a mixed card with Listed action on the Flat and a pair of Grade 3s over jumps.
The first of the graded events is a two-mile novice heat and it can go the way of LOVE ME TENDER for Willie Mullins and Paul Townend.
The Doctor Dino gelding made a winning start in a bumper at Tramore in May, scooting clear to win by eight lengths, justifying odds-on favouritism.
He then followed up with a winning start to his jumping career in a 2m3f Kilbeggan maiden hurdle in late July, this time making all and overcoming a couple of guessy jumps before quickening away to win by 18 lengths under Paul Townend.
That success was enough to catch the eye of top owner JP McManus and so Love Me Tender makes for this step up in grade sporting the famous green and gold hoops for the first time.
Mullins has dominated this race, winning nine of the last 10 renewals and it's no shock to see this promising contender being allowed to step up in grade so quickly.
The stars from Closutton are going to start emerging from their summer breaks soon and this promising four-year-old can showcase his ability and put himself forward as one of the leading youngsters from the champion trainer's squad.
