We’ve got a plethora of classy racing to look forward to this weekend - and it’s evenly split between Britain and Ireland with a couple of meetings apiece.
Our expert has picked out four Lucky 15 tips to follow across the afternoon and they include a last time out winner at Naas, who can make the most of his fitness advantage.

15:17 Carlisle - Coup De Coeur @ 6/1
French import COUP DE COEUR won a couple of times over hurdles in his first season with this yard, and that includes an impressive victory in a 2m1f novice hurdle at Sedgefield in November 2023.
Micky Hammond’s eight-year-old won with loads in hand over course and distance back in April and returned to winning ways with a wide margin success at Sedgefield last month. It’s hard to argue with a 7lb rise and there’s every chance he can defy top weight here.
15:47 Naas - Causeway @ 2/1
Aidan O’Brien won this race in 2023 with a 97-rated maiden winner Paddington and he went on to win four consecutive Group 1s, including the Eclipse and the Sussex Stakes.
Whilst CAUSEWAY is unlikely to go on to achieve that level of success, he should be well up to winning this handicap off a mark of 94. He finished fourth on debut at Gowran in September and that form worked out well, with the winner going on to follow up in a Group 3.
As is often the case with Ballydoyle juveniles, he took a big step forward on his next start at the Curragh and won with plenty in hand. There should be more to come from him and a potential lack of fitness is the only real concern.
15:52 Carlisle - Red Delta @ 6/1
There are several potential candidates for this race but Fiona Needham’s RED DELTA gets the nod. This strong stayer was 3lb out of the handicap when a fair third in the Eider at Newcastle last time out and is entitled to be even more competitive on this occasion.
He has already won twice this season, most recently in the Lincolnshire National at Market Rasen on Boxing Day. The seven-year-old would probably prefer a slightly longer trip but the stiff finish at Carlisle often provides a substantial test of stamina.
16:22 Naas - Ribee @ 7/1
There was plenty to like about RIBEE’s victory in last week’s Irish Lincolnshire, as he travelled smoothly into the race before going on to score by a length-and-a-half, producing a career-best performance in the process.
Michael Mulvany’s runner is the only horse in the race who has had a run already and that could prove to be a massive advantage at this stage of the season.
His progression at the back end of last season indicated that he would be a better four-year-old and that seems to be the case based on that evidence. How much improvement there is to come remains to be seen but he’s worth keeping on side here.
If all four selections won, at the quoted prices, a 50p Lucky 15 (total stake £7.50) would return around £1,150.
