Horse Racing Tips: Uppercase could take all the beating at Lingfield

Flat racing continues to take centre stage throughout the summer months and all bar one of Britain and Ireland's Tuesday fixtures take place on the level.
I've got three strong horse racing tips for across the day and chief among them is a lightly-raced handicapper for Harry Eustace who can go one better at Lingfield after finishing runner-up on handicap debut last time out.
Horse Racing Tips - Tuesday, July 22
- 14:15 Lingfield - Uppercase @ 9/2
- 16:15 Lingfield - Lahina Bay @ 6/1
- 17:00 Musselburgh - Keep Me Stable @ 9/4

14:15 Lingfield - Uppercase @ 9/2
This looks like a fairly competitive race for the grade and it might prove sensible to side with an unexposed sort.
Harry Eustace's runner UPPERCASE fits the bill perfectly, having had just four starts so far and only one of those has come in handicap company.
He finished third in a Kempton maiden over 7f on debut in August and the winner has since gone on to win the Group 2 Edward VII Stakes at Royal Ascot. The fact that he was beaten by less than three lengths certainly bodes well.
Third again at Wolverhampton after that, the second boosted the form by winning his next start and another couple of subsequent scorers have also come out of the race. His fourth behind 95-rated Cosi Bello after that suggests he's on a nice mark for handicapping.
The son of Showcasing clearly appreciated the step up to a mile on handicap debut at Pontefract as he took a big step forward to finish second by a length.
It's worth trying a furlong further here and he should have every chance, running off the same mark.

16:15 Lingfield - Lahina Bay @ 6/1
These sorts of races can be hard to predict but the experienced LAHINA BAY looks very well treated by the race conditions.
She has four wins to her name, two of which came off a mark of 58, which is 8lb higher than her current rating.
It's worth noting that she's yet to win over 7f but her last run over this trip resulted in a decent fourth-place finish in a Class 5 handicap at Kempton in January.
She's the joint-highest rated horse in the race according to the handicapper and a big run is anticipated.

17:00 Musselburgh - Keep Me Stable @ 9/4
Amanda Perratt runs KEEP ME STABLE here and the five-year-old mare has been in excellent form recently.
She clearly likes Musselburgh, as she has won her last two starts here and will be seeking to complete the hat-trick.
Returning to winning ways over a mile on her penultimate start, she just about managed to hold off the fast-finishing runner-up, and the front two were clear of the rest. A 3lb rise proved to be no issue as she followed up in comfortable fashion next time out over 7f.
The handicapper has put the daughter of Galileo Gold up a further 4lb and whilst more will be needed, she's worth keeping on side for the time being.
