Greyhounds tips with trap2line

Our resident Greyhounds tipster Trap2Line came up clutch in Saturday's Greyhounds Tips as both of his selections won at Monmore.

He returns today with his Sunday Greyhounds Tips, the first of which comes at Towcester before we head to Sheffield for the second and final pick.

We have the potential to turn this race into a procession if breaking how we should. This again is a mini sprint competition and some very quick greyhounds have turned up for the numerous heats this afternoon. We have drawn a quick heat with what I think are two main dangers to us, but on the draw I have us being too good and too quick.

How I see the race going: T1 local runner mixing graded sprints with low-level open racing, outpointed here and likely to go off the outsider, T3 (one danger) comes back on the card this afternoon after having a spell on the sidelines, trialled in well over the last two weeks over course and distance and would be hard to beat if leading out the traps as has form over four bends.

T4 (the other danger) has very solid form over course and distance and always runs the track well and again would be dangerous if leading; both T5 and T6 are out of their respective depths in this.

I see us quickly leading up T1 and railing the field off at the first bend - we are very quick once in full stride and at the price I prefer us to the two dangers.

17:19  Sheffield - Ballymac Sargie (T3) @ SP

Mini competition here at Sheffield kicks off with three heats over 500m, with a field of local runners and some that have been travelling the country taking in similar events. We are one of those runners who has been running and winning at Newcastle and also being competitive in stronger races at Nottingham; I feel there is nothing in this race to those standards.

How I see the race going: T1 mixes his racing between four and six bends so shouldn't have the early pace to trouble this field initially however if the race ends up being a crowded one it could bring T1 into it.

T2 has form here and also at Newcastle; on Newcastle form alone we have the beating of T2 - T4 could be dangerous if breaking in its best fashion as that does have a lot of early pace, not the greatest late on in races however, T5 is to me our danger after getting no sort of run latest but time before broke 29 seconds for 500m trip which is going some.

T6 average graded local will be outclassed here.

What I see is us overall being too strong for the field, we can lay up handy but can take control rounding the final two bends to win going away.
