Team News
Vítor Pereira may opt to rotate his side here given their poor start to the league campaign.
Toti Gomes was sent off in Wolves' defeat to Bournemouth at the weekend, so he will be suspended for Tuesday's clash.
Andre is pushing for a start in midfield, while Enso Gonzalez is dealing with knee injury that will keep him sidelined until September, so the likes of Sasa Kalajdzic and Jhon Arias could start on the flanks.
Wolves vs West Ham Stats
- Wolves beat West Ham in their most recent in April
- Both sides have only scored one goal between them this season
As for West Ham, Crysencio Summerville will be on the treatment table until the middle of next month with a hamstring injury.
Given the scrutiny that Graham Potter is under following his side's poor start to the season, we're expecting him to name a strong starting XI, which should see the likes of Jarrod Bowen and Lucas Paqueta feature.
The hosts are 11/8, giving them an implied win probability of 42.1%, the draw is 5/2 and West Ham are 15/8 - all 90-minute betting with this being a cup match.
To win the tie, Wolves are 8/11 favourites, while the Hammers are 1/1. Jorgen Strand Larsen currently leads the anytime goalscorer market at 11/8, while Callum Wilson is shortest-priced for the visitors at 6/4.
Wolves to win (in 90 minutes) @ 11/8
As mentioned in the introduction, both sides will be grateful for an early cup distraction given their respective starts to the Premier League season.
Wolves were comfortably beaten 4-0 at home to Manchester City in the opening round of games, before narrowly losing to Bournemouth on Saturday, playing the majority of the second half with 10 men after Gomes' dismissal.
The Hammers have somehow had even more of a disastrous start, losing 3-0 to newly-promoted Sunderland on matchday one before being thrashed 5-1 by Chelsea on Friday night at the London Stadium, which has seen the pressure start to mount on the shoulders of Potter.
In terms of Tuesday's result, we're siding with the hosts to win in 90 minutes, as Pereira's men won three of their last five home games last season, which included a win over the Hammers in April.
In addition, the visitors look incredibly suspect at the back, shipping eight goals across their opening two league matches.

Under 1.5 goals @ 3/1
Following on from our first tip, goals look to be at a premium on Tuesday night.
Neither side seem to be able to put the ball in the back of the net, with Wolves yet to score this season, and the Hammers have only scored once across their two games.
To be fair, Wolves dug in after Gomes' sending-0ff in the defeat to Bournemouth so this game could come down to defensive stability, and if that's the case, we have to side with the hosts. However, given their troubles in front of goal, this tie could be decided by a single strike.
