*odds correct at time of publication
USA are 10/3 to pick up the win, with the draw priced at 3/1 and Portugal the 4/6 favourites to claim the spoils.
Portugal's Goncalo Ramos leads the anytime goalscorer market at 23/20, ahead of 7/5 Joao Felix and 13/8 Bruno Fernandes.
Team News
USA are without the injured pair of Tyler Adams and Haji Wright, while Sergino Dest is also unavailable for selection.
Cristiano Ronaldo is missing for Portugal with a hamstring strain and he is joined on the absentee list by Ruben Dias, Bernardo Silva and Rodrigo Mora.
Portugal to win @ 4/6
Having only experienced one defeat in the last 12 months, Portugal are currently enjoying a rich vein of form and it is hard to look past anything other than a victory for them.
The 2016 European champions amassed 13 points during an impressive qualifying campaign, and while the USA may provide a sterner test than any of their Group F opponents, Selecao das Quinas should have the quality to come through this assignment.
Portugal were held to a 0-0 draw against Mexico at the weekend, but they thrashed Armenia 9-1 prior to that stalemate and are packed with attacking talent.
The USA were defeated 5-2 by Belgium at the weekend and that scoreline could have been worse, which suggests the Stars and Stripes struggle when taking on better opposition.

Both teams to score & over 3.5 goals @ 13/8
Only four European nations had a higher goals per game average than Portugal by the conclusion of the qualifying campaign, but their defensive record left a lot to be desired.
Selecao das Quinas kept just one clean sheet – in the narrow home win over Ireland – and conceded twice against Hungary on two occasions.
Meanwhile, the USA’s last four friendlies have produced a total of 19 goals, with both teams finding the net in each of those matches.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side were also the top scorers at last summer’s Gold Cup, but shipped more goals than eight other sides despite navigating their way through to the final.
With both nations favouring attack over defence, an entertaining affair is expected.
