Senegal kick off their 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign against France next Tuesday, but they've got one more warm-up game before they take on Les Bleus, with fellow World Cup hopefuls Saudi Arabia providing the opposition at Toyota Field in San Antonio, Texas (Tuesday 6pm local, Wednesday 12am BST).

Below are my Saudi Arabia vs Senegal predictions, alongside team news and match odds.

Team News

Saudi Arabia have played a couple of friendlies in the last 10 days, losing 2-1 to Ecuador on 31 May before beating Puerto Rico 3-0 on 6 June. Al-Hilal forward Sultan Mandash scored in both games, coming off the bench in the former, so he's in line for back-to-back starts here.

World Cup Odds

Mandash's club teammate, Kalidou Koulibaly, is expected to miss out with a muscle injury, just like Everton midfielder Idrissa Gana Gueye.

Saudi Arabia vs Senegal Predicted Lineups

  • Saudi Arabia: Al-Owais; Boushal, Al-Amri, Altambakti, Kadesh; Mandash, Kanno, Al-Khaibari, Al-Ghannam; Al-Buraikan, Al-Juwayr
  • Senegal: Diaw; Diatta, Seck, Sarr, Diouf; P. Gueye, S. Ndiaye; Dieng, Diarra, Diao; C. Ndiaye

Saudi Arabia vs Senegal Odds

Saudi Arabia are 5/1, or a 16.7% chance, to win this international friendly, with Senegal 8/15 favourites, implying a 65.2% probability of success, and the draw priced at 11/4.

Saudi Arabia vs Senegal Stats

  • Both teams have scored in SEN's last two games
  • Two of SAU's last three matches have seen BTTS-Yes land
  • Mandash (SAU) has scored in his last four apps for club and country

Both Teams To Score - Yes @ 11/10

Both teams have scored in Senegal's last two games, with a 3-1 friendly success over Gambia on 31 March followed by a 3-2 defeat to the USA exactly two months later.

Saudi Arabia swatted aside Puerto Rico 3-0 last week, but both teams had scored in their previous two matches, a couple of 2-1 defeats to Serbia and Ecuador.

Without Koulibaly, Senegal's defence looks a lot less secure, and Saudi Arabia can take advantage at Toyota Field, but it would be a surprise if the Lions of Teranga didn't also get on the scoresheet with an attack containing Sadio Mane, Nicolas Jackson and Iliman Ndiaye, among others.

Anytime Goalscorer - Sultan Mandash (SAU) @ 11/2

Mandash was a bit-part player for Al-Hilal during the second half of the 2025/26 campaign, having joined in January from fellow Saudi Pro League side Al-Taawon, but despite playing second fiddle to the likes of Karim Benzema and Malcom, he still contributed four goals and two assists in 15 league appearances.

The 31-year-old has scored in his last four games for club and country, netting in his final two Al-Hilal outings before notching for his country in their defeat to Ecuador and victory over Puerto Rico.

At 11/2, he's great value to find the back of the net again here, particularly as I'm already backing Saudi Arabia to score.
