It all comes down to Saturday night (20:00, TNT Sports 1/TNT Sports Ultimate) in Munich for Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan, who lock horns in the 2024/25 Uefa Champions League Final. The Italian side have lifted the trophy on three occasions, but not since 2010, while the French club are looking to be crowned European champions for the first time in their history.

Both Teams to Score - Yes

Inter only conceded once in eight league phase matches, but Simone Inzaghi's charges have kept just one clean sheet in the knockouts. I Nerazzurri's defence has been breached 10 times in their last five European outings, with six of those goals shipped in their semi-final tie with Barcelona (three in each leg).

The Serie A side will surely find it difficult on Saturday to keep out PSG, who have scored in 10 of their last 11 Champions League games. Liverpool are the only club to have kept Les Parisiens out in that run, and the Premier League champions were fortunate to do so, owing much to their Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson Becker, who saved nine goalbound efforts.

France international Ousmane Dembele has been key to PSG's success in this competition so far this season, netting eight goals in 14 appearances, and he is ably supported in attack by Desire Doue, Khvicha Kvaratshelia and Bradley Barcola.

However, Luis Enrique's side could face problems the other way, having kept just two clean sheets in the league phase and just one in their last four tournament outings. Aston Villa, who finished sixth in the English top flight this season, scored four times across two quarter-final legs last month.

Inter, meanwhile, have scored in 12 of their 14 Champions League games in 2024/25, including in all six knockout phase fixtures. They put seven past Barcelona across their two semi-final matches - six in regulation time - and boast a few attacking stars of their own in Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram.

BTTS - Yes has failed to land in the previous six Champions League finals, but I'm confident these two teams will buck the trend on Saturday.

It's been a winning selection in Inter's last five European matches, and in three of PSG's last four.

Hakan Calhanoglu (INT) 1+ Total Shots

Only I Nerazzurri skipper Martinez (nine) has scored more Champions League goals for Inter this season than Turkish midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu (four, level with Thuram), who is averaging 2.4 shots per 90 minutes in the competition.

Calhanoglu has recorded at least one shot in nine of his 10 European starts this term, managing 2+ in four of his five knockout phase starts.

As Inter's designated penalty taker, and someone who is confident at shooting from range, the 31-year-old should easily land this one-shot selection.

Francesco Acerbi (INT) Total Shots - 1+

I'm also adding in Calhanoglu's teammate, Italian centre-back Francesco Acerbi, who came up clutch for I Nerazzurri in the semi-final second leg against Barcelona, netting an equaliser in the third minute of second-half stoppage time to send the tie to extra time.

The 37-year-old has taken four shots in eight Champions League appearances this season, averaging 0.5 per 90, and the 6ft4in defender should be encouraged by the shooting statistics of opposition centre-backs against PSG.

PSG have conceded at least one shot to an opposition centre-back in seven of their eight knockout phase games, with 14 recorded in total.

Acerbi has registered a shot in two of his last three European outings, against Bayern Munich and Barcelona, and he can try his luck against another of the continent's biggest clubs on Saturday.

Player Shown Any Card - Denzel Dumfries (INT)

Inter right wing-back Denzel Dumfries has been making headlines for his goalscoring exploits in the Champions League, with the Dutchman bagging a brace in his side's first-leg draw against Barcelona.

He also committed two fouls that game, though, and the 29-year-old has been attempting to rough up opponents all season, averaging 1.9 fouls per 90 in European football's premier cup competition.

Dumfries has been booked twice in 11 Champions League appearances (10 starts) this season, and on Saturday, he could be in close contact with several PSG players who are well-versed in drawing fouls.

Georgian left-winger Kvaratskhelia is averaging 2.2 fouls won per 90 in the competition, while left-back Nuno Mendes is averaging 1.6. Both play down Dumfries' side, while Doue (1.6 p/90), Lee Kang-in and Dembele (both 1.3 p/90) could also come up against the Netherlands international, making him one of the standout candidates in the player card market.
