Millwall vs Burnley Prediction: Clarets won’t fear the Lions’ Den

Championship title contenders Burnley will look to narrow the gap on frontrunners Sunderland when they head to The Den to face Millwall on Sunday (15:00, live on Sky Sports).
Read on for my Millwall vs Burnley predictions - including the latest match odds and team news.
Millwall are 9/5 underdogs to claim the three points, while Burnley are available at 13/8 to come away from The Den with the victory.
A draw is currently 21/10, while over 2.5 goals in the game is available at 11/8.
Team News
Starting with the hosts, Millwall have no fresh injury concerns following their win at the Liberty Stadium last time out.
The duo of Casper De Norre and Femi Azeez are pushing for places in the starting XI after impressing from off the bench against Swansea.
As for the visitors, Jeremy Sarmiento is available for selection after missing the last two games for the Lancastrians with a knock.
Zian Flemming is in line to take on his former employers this weekend, while Hannibal Mejbri will be hoping he has done enough in training to earn a return to the starting line-up.
Burnley to win @ 13/8
Unbeaten in their last six visits to Millwall in all competitions, The Den has been a happy hunting ground for Burnley over the years.
Scott Parker’s side are currently unbeaten in their last nine games in all competitions, while the Lancashire outfit boast the best defensive record in the Championship.
Only conceding five goals in their first 12 games of the league campaign, no team has conceded fewer than the Clarets in the second tier this term.
Millwall have not beaten Burnley in any of their last seven attempts in all competitions and the Clarets are good value to leave The Den with the three points this weekend.

Josh Brownhill to score anytime @ 16/5
While there hasn’t been a standout striker for Burnley this season, the Clarets have relied on top goalscorer Josh Brownhill for goals from midfield.
The 28-year-old has found the back of the net five times in the league already this season, with his last goal coming on the road in a 2-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday last month.
Brownhill has the ability to find pockets of space in and around the box and is worth considering at 16/5 to add to his impressive goals tally in the Championship this Sunday.
