Manchester United and Chelsea headline this weekend's Premier League action with a Super Sunday clash at Old Trafford (16:30, live on Sky Sports Main Event).

This contest marks Ruud van Nistelrooy's second game in charge of the Red Devils after enjoying a 5-2 victory over Leicester City in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night, while Chelsea were eliminated by Newcastle United and will be looking to respond here. United's injury list remains unchanged as Antony, Tyrell Malacia, Harry Maguire, Mason Mount, Luke Shaw, Leny Yoro and Kobbie Mainoo will all be absent on Sunday.

Christian Eriksen pulled out of the matchday squad against Leicester in midweek, so he remains a doubt for this weekend's clash with Chelsea.

Meanwhile, Omari Kellyman remains the only name on the injury list for the visitors, as the midfielder continues to recover from a hamstring issue. United-loanee Jadon Sancho will also miss out here due to being unable to face his parent club.

United began the post-Erik ten Hag era with a bang on Wednesday night, thumping Leicester 5-2 in the Carabao Cup to set up a quarter-final tie with Spurs.

However, the Red Devils have won just three games in the Premier League this term, and I'm predicting another winless afternoon for them at Old Trafford on Sunday.

I'm still finding Chelsea a difficult side to figure out, despite their strong start to the season, and it'll be interesting to see how they respond to Wednesday's defeat to Newcastle United.

The away side hasn’t won in this fixture since February 2020 and there is a good chance these two cancel each other out, as has been the case in five of the last eight meetings between the sides.

I'm expecting this to be a lively encounter though - Van Nistelrooy will want to see his side scoring plenty of goals once again, and Chelsea look a massive threat going forward, thanks to the form of Palmer.

Each of the last six meetings have seen both teams score, with the last three finishing with scorelines of 4-3, 2-1 and 4-1.

Bruno Fernandes to score anytime @ 9/4

Bruno Fernandes finally got off the mark for United this term with a brace against Leicester on Wednesday night.

The United skipper has struggled for form this season, but I'm expecting him to kick on from his goals in midweek, especially since he scored on 24 occasions for club and country last year.

The 30-year-old will likely be on penalty duties too, so I'm predicting the Portugal international to score anytime again as United look to rejuvenate their campaign.
