Arsenal are still in the race for the Premier League title, and they face their final away trip of the season this Sunday, as they travel to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United (16:30, Sky Sports Main Event). The hosts have been in dismal form of late, and the 4-0 hammering they took from Crystal Palace on Monday night sums up where the squad is at right now.

Erik ten Hag’s future looks uncertain, but the one bright spark is the FA Cup final on the horizon. Win that, and it may just save his job, as well as putting Manchester United into the Europa League next term. However, the Red Devils have to navigate three Premier League matches before they can think about that final, with Arsenal up next.

Below I’ve put forward my Man United vs Arsenal Bet Builder Tips for you to consider.

Man United vs Arsenal Bet Builder Tips

  • Arsenal to win
  • Kai Havertz and Bukayo Saka to score
  • Over 3.5 goals
  • Over 10.5 corners

Arsenal to win

There’s a clear difference between these two teams. One of them is really good, and the other is not. Although I’m expecting a better performance from United at Old Trafford than they put in on Monday night, they are facing a team chasing the title - and the hosts are conceding goals for fun.

Much has been made of Manchester United’s dodgy defence and the amount of shots they give up, with their defensive injuries worse not helping things. Lisandro Martinez and Luke Shaw are on their way back, but if Casemiro plays centre-back again, Arsenal should win comfortably.

Over 3.5 goals

United have conceded the second-highest number of shots in the Premier League this season, and they’ve now conceded 55 goals this term. They are going to give up plenty of chances again and with Arsenal’s quality, I can see them scoring several goals in front of a frustrated United fanbase.

Ten Hag’s side haven’t got anything about them at this moment in time, and they are going to struggle to keep Arsenal at bay, but they also have the ability to score goals. We saw against Liverpool in the FA Cup that they can produce on home soil and with Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes likely to return, they should also find the net at some point. I’m happy to back over 3.5 goals in this one.

Kai Havertz and Bukayo Saka to score

Let’s pick out a couple of Arsenal goalscorers to boost our odds, given they are likely to dominate proceedings on Sunday afternoon. The amount of shots United give up is not likely to change, so I’m going to pick out Havertz and Saka to find the net. I believe the German will start in the number nine role, and he is averaging 0.99 shots on target per 90 this season.

With 12 league goals to his name so far, I think he will be able to add to that at Old Trafford - up against a shaky defence. There is also the case to be made for Arsenal’s top scorer Saka, who has 16 league goals this term. Interestingly, the England winger has scored more goals away from home than at the Emirates, and he should be able to find the net on Sunday.

Over 10.5 corners

Both of these teams have a high amount of corners in their matches, with Arsenal sitting at a total of 250 for the season - the third-highest in the division. Given the amount of shots United allow, they are going to give away a huge amount of corners in this game, and they’ve conceded six, five, four and seven in their last four matches - against weaker opposition.

This is a fairly safe selection, and United have had at least six corners in their last three home matches. Meanwhile Arsenal have had six corners in each of their last two fixtures. This game is likely to be a mad one, end-to-end with plenty of chances - and I’m backing this exciting #PickYourPunt at a price of 7/1.
