The hosts, chasing a 13th victory in 14 games in all competitions, finished top of the table in the Uefa Europa League, and Sunday's 1-0 home win over Lille was their eighth home success in 10 Ligue 1 fixtures this season.

Paulo Fonseca's men face a Laval side who have won their first three cup ties to nil but are 17th in Ligue 2, just one point above bottom club Bastia.
