Leeds get to play their hand last in the Championship promotion race on Monday as they host Yorkshire rivals Hull in the final game of the day at 20:00.

With Leicester and Ipswich playing earlier on the coupon, the Whites will know what is at stake as they step onto the pitch at Elland Road against a fading Hull side.

Leeds vs Hull Tips

  • Leeds win and both teams to score @ 2/1
  • #PickYourPunt: Leeds win, over 3.5 goals and Joe Rodon carded @ 11/1

Match Odds

Leeds are hot favourites to win at home and priced at 4/11 to win the match with Hull on offer at 11/2 and the draw available at 7/2.

Team news

Leeds are set to be without Willy Gnonto and Connor Roberts for the next three weeks. Pascal Strujik and Stuart Dallas are also injured and Ilia Gruev is a doubt.

Hull will be without suspended defender Jacob Greaves and forward Liam Delap is injured.

Leeds win and both teams to score @ 2/1

Leeds fluffed their lines a little on Friday when they were not able to make the most of promotion rivals Leicester losing to Bristol City.

Unable to secure the victory over Watford that would have taken them three points ahead of the Foxes, they needed a late equaliser from sub Mateo Joseph to claim a 2-2 draw.

The dropped points enabled Ipswich to leapfrog them for top spot, so Leeds are on a recovery mission as they host Hull at Elland Road on Monday night.

There's certainly no need for any panic at Leeds as they have won 12 and drawn two of their last 14 Championship fixtures and they should be capable of adding another three points against the Tigers.

Hull held Leeds to a goalless draw in their first league meeting of the season but they were in much better form at the time of that September clash and they are on a five-match winless run heading into this rematch.

Four of those games have been draws, and Hull were unbeaten in seven games heading into Friday's 2-0 home defeat by Stoke, but their bid for a play-off place is running out of steam and they are six points behind sixth-placed Norwich with a game in hand.

Hull's away results have been solid recently and they secured three successive 2-1 wins on the road at Rotherham, Huddersfield and Southampton before a goalless game at Preston in their last trip.

Having drawn 2-2 at home to Leicester before the international break they are capable of competing with the top teams and can get on the scoresheet even if Leeds prove too strong in the end.

Both teams have scored in six of Hull's last eight Championship away games and this could be another game where that occurs.

Correct-score punters could consider a 3-1 win for the home team at 10/1.

#PickYourPunt: Leeds win, over 3.5 goals and Joe Rodon carded @ 11/1

For a second bet on Monday's final Championship game, consider a three-leg #PickYourPunt wager on Leeds to win, over 3.5 goals in the match and Joe Rodon of Leeds to pick up a yellow card.

Leeds have scored 41 goals while winning 15 of their 19 home league games this season and drawing the other four, while Hull have collected more points away from home than in front of their own fans this season, winning nine times on the road and only seven times at home.

They are capable of playing a full part in an entertaining game such as their 2-2 draw at Leicester and the chances of this game having over 3.5 goals may be underestimated in the odds.

Complete a three-leg wager with Leeds defender Joe Rodon being shown a yellow card. The Welshman was sent off after an hour of the teams' first meeting this season for a second yellow-card offence and he has collected six more bookings since.
