Hibernian vs Partizan Belgrade Prediction: Hibs can shine in Leith

Hibernian hold a 2-0 advantage when they take on Partizan Belgrade in the second leg of the Conference League third qualifying round tie. The Easter Road side can set up a play-off showdown against either AEK Larnaca or Legia Warsaw if they can get past Partizan on Thursday night.
The Leith side are in a strong position, but the Serbian side beat Napredak 7-2 on Sunday and the visitors will be hoping to turn the tie in Edinburgh. Below you can find my Hibs vs Partizan predictions.

Team news
Joe Newell and Nicky Cadden are out for Hibs and manager David Gray could make some changes from the side which drew 2-2 with Kilmarnock at the weekend.
Martin Boyle and Chris Cadden started from the bench on Sunday, but they should be handed starts at Easter Road.
Vukasin Djurdjevic is suspended following his first-leg red card, but Arandjel Stojkovic is available to return for Partizan.
Hibs are 1/1 to win in 90 minutes at Easter Road, with Partizan Belgrade 11/5 and the draw available at 11/4.
The Leith side hold a 2-0 advantage from the first leg and Gray’s side are 1/25 to progress to the play-off stage of the Conference League.
Hibs to beat Partizan Belgrade @ 1/1
Hibs were good value for their 2-0 win in Belgrade last week and, while the Leith side were helped by the first-half red card shown to Partizan defender Vukasin Djurdjevic, Gray’s men should show their class once again.
The Easter Road men saw their two-goal lead turn into a 2-2 draw against Kilmarnock at the weekend, but Hibs were clearly the better side in that tie and the Edinburgh side rate a progressive outfit.
Key forward Boyle was left out of the starting line-up on Sunday, but Gray was able to freshen up his side and the hectic schedule shouldn’t inconvenience the Leith outfit.

Hibs to win second half @ 5/4
Partizan have been pretty ill-tempered in Europe this season and the Steamroller may struggle to keep their cool with elimination likely at Easter Road.
Srdan Blagojevic’s men were shown five cards in the first leg of this tie at the Partizan Stadium and that included two yellows followed by a red for Vukasin Djurdjevic.
The second leg of Partizan’s second-round qualifier with Oleksandriya saw ten cards brandished by the referee and three of those were red.
With all of that in mind, it could be worth backing the home side to win the second half if the visitors are reduced to less than a full complement once again.
