Football Bet of the Day: Larsson can be the difference-maker for Copenhagen

There are multiple play-off matches across Europe taking place on Thursday. One of them sees Brondby host Copenhagen at Brondby Stadium in Denmark's UEFA Conference League play-off semi-final.
Brondby finished fourth in the Group A split, while the visitors topped Group B. It is from this clash that I have picked out my Football Bet of the Day, which you can read all about below.
Football Bet of the Day - 21 May 2026
- Anytime Goalscorer - Jordan Larsson @ 15/8
*Odds correct as of the time of publication
Brondby were 2-1 winners when the side met here in September and they are 2/1 to come out on top on this occasion.
The hosts have drawn one of their last two home fixtures and the stalemate here is marketed at 5/2.
Copenhagen are a 23/20 bet to win this clash.
The previous meeting went Over 2.5 Goals, which can be backed at 4/5 on Thursday.
Both Teams To Score - Yes is available at 4/6, having landed in five of the past eight encounters.
Copenhagen have won seven of their previous eight league fixtures and so they are coming into this final with plenty of momentum. Having been in the UEFA Champions League this term, the Byens Hold have had a disappointing domestic season but this is their only route into Europe.
This is a huge match for them and one player who I believe will play a leading role for them on Thursday night is winger Jordan Larsson. My Football Bet of the Day is the Copenhagen attacker to score anytime at 15/8, which has an implied probability of 34.8%.
Since the Superliga split, the Sweden international has raised his game. Having only scored six goals in the pre-split season, he has netted a further seven in the relegation round across just 10 appearances.
Football Bet of the Day Stats
- Jordan Larsson has scored 16 goals in all competitions this season
- The winger has 7 goals in his last 10 league appearances
- Larsson scored the winner in November's home win against Brondby
Larsson has found the net in four of his previous five outings in the top flight, scoring five in the process. He delivered a stellar performance last time out against Randers on Sunday, scoring twice while providing two assists in the game.
He should be brimming with confidence coming into this high-stakes contest, and I think he can cause a host of problems for Brondby, who have won just one of their previous six home fixtures.
Larsson has also tormented the hosts this season already, scoring the winning goal in November's 1-0 reverse at Parken.
