Team News
Fiorentina's only injury concern for this clash is Danilo Cataldi, who picked up a thigh issue in last week's clash in Seville. Dodo has returned to action from appendicitis and he could be handed a start on the right flank for La Viola.
After a period of leave for personal reasons, top scorer Moise Kean returned to the bench for the first leg and he could be promoted to the starting lineup on Thursday at the expense of either Lucas Beltran or Albert Gudmundsson.
Robin Gosens is expected to provide width as the left wing-back while the experienced David de Gea will continue between the sticks for the Italian side.
Fiorentina vs Real Betis Stats
- Betis have lost just two of their last 18 matches in all competitions
- Fiorentina are unbeaten at home in the Conference League
- Betis have won four games in a row across all competitions
- Nine of Betis' last 10 fixtures in all comps have produced goals at both ends
Betis are without Marc Roca (ankle) and Diego Llorente (hamstring) due to season-ending injuries. Chimy Avila is also in the medical bay with a thigh problem and it is looking increasingly unlikely that he will not feature for the rest of the campaign.
Cedric Bakambu has scored seven goals in the Conference League this season and his minutes have predominantly come in this competition. He looks set to lead the line for Los Verdiblancos on Thursday, while he is likely to be aided by Isco, Antony and Abde Ezzalzouli, with the latter two scoring the goals in Seville last week.
Ezzalzouli was preferred to Jesus Rodriguez in the first leg by Manuel Pellegrini and that decision paid dividends and the Moroccan may be granted another opportunity to cement his place in attack.
Fiorentina have won four of their five home games in Europe this term and they are 13/10 to come out on top in regulation time.
The other result was a draw, which has also been the outcome in two of Betis' previous five appearances in the Conference League. The stalemate is on offer at 5/2.
Betis are 2/1 (which has an implied probability of 33.3%) to win in 90 minutes and they have won four games on the spin in all competitions.
There have been goals at both ends in nine out of their past 10 outings in all competitions and BTTS is available at 8/11.
Draw or Real Betis and both teams to score @ 8/5
Betis have been a force to be reckoned with in recent months. They have been a consistent winning machine in all competitions and are still fighting to finish in the top five of La Liga in the hopes of bringing Champions League football to Benito Villamarin, while they are also on the cusp of a European final.
They did well to take the lead on home soil but they now face a tough test in Florence against a team that have featured in the previous two Conference League finals. Fiorentina are fighting to try and make it third time lucky in this competition but they are up against a Betis side who are flying.
La Viola are only a goal down, though, which still gives them a very good chance on Thursday, but I think Pellegrini's men are in far better form, and I think they come away from Florence with at least a draw.
They've won four matches on the trot in all competitions and that is expected to give their players a huge boost for this away leg, and I think they have more than enough quality to get the job done in regulation time.
The pressure is on Fiorentina so I think adding BTTS to the selection is sensible, especially as it has landed in nine of Betis' last 10 fixtures in all competitions.

Over 2.5 goals @ 1/1
The first leg provided entertainment, and I think the second should be no different. I believe these two clubs can serve up goals once again to deliver a cracking contest in Florence.
I think over 2.5 goals at 1/1 is an attractive selection because it has successful bet in each of Fiorentina's past five matches in the Conference League. The visitors come into this clash having experienced three goals or more in all of their previous four games in all competitions.
Betis striker Bakambu has been a regular source of goals this season in Europe, while La Viola forward Kean has bagged 23 goals across all competitions. Both players can play their part in this threshold being reached on Thursday.
