Back-to-back defeats against Sweden (1-5) and Japan (0-4) have ensured a bottom-place finish in Group F of the 2026 FIFA World Cup for Tunisia, who face leaders the Netherlands in their final game of the tournament (Thursday 6pm local, Friday 12am BST, BBC One).

Below are my Tunisia vs Netherlands Bet Builder Tips ahead of this match at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.

Match Result - Netherlands

The Netherlands have struck seven goals across their first two group games, drawing 2-2 with Japan before thrashing Sweden 5-1, and they need to beat Tunisia to confirm top spot.

Tunisia, meanwhile, are already out of the running to reach the knockouts, and face De Oranje after heavy defeats to Sweden and Japan.

The Eagles of Carthage have now lost their last four games, failing to score in three of them, and it would be a shock if they were to take anything from Ronald Koeman’s side in Kansas City.

Both Teams to Score - No has been a winning bet in five of Tunisia's last six games and is a selection that provides much more value than backing the Dutch to win.

Player to Score (Sub Switch) - Cody Gakpo (NED)

Cody Gakpo has bagged a brace in two of his last three appearances for the Netherlands, scoring twice in a 2-1 friendly victory over Uzbekistan and grabbing another couple of goals in his country’s big win against Sweden, either side of blanking against Japan.

Gakpo now has 23 goals in 52 caps and is a player who comes alive at major international tournaments, scoring three times at the 2022 World Cup and three times at Euro 2024.

Tunisia conceded a goal to each of Sweden’s starting two strikers, Viktor Gyokeres and Alexander Isak, in their opening game, while Ayase Ueda (x2), Daichi Kamada and Junya Ito, Japan’s starting front three, all got on the scoresheet against Herve Renard’s side.

Betfred's Sub Switch rolls your bet to the oncoming substitute, so you stay in the game, even when your player doesn’t.

Tunisia vs Netherlands Odds

Player 2+ Fouls (Sub Switch) - Denzel Dumfries (NED)

Only fellow Manchester United Academy graduate Tahith Chong (11) has been fouled more times at this World Cup than Tunisia's Hannibal Mejbri (10), who was taken down three times by Sweden and seven times by Japan.

Playing on the left-hand side of Tunisia's attack, he's likely to be in close contact with the Netherlands' powerful right back, Denzel Dumfries, who conceded two free kicks against Sweden last time out.

Dumfries averaged 1.4 fouls per 90 for Inter in last season's Serie A and could be lured into making a couple of fouls by Mejbri here.

Player 1+ Shots (Sub Switch) - Hannibal Mejbri (TUN)

The Burnley man headlines this final selection, too, as I'm backing him to record at least one shot, something he has managed in both of Tunisia's games so far.

The 23-year-old, who averaged 1.4 shots per 90 in the 2025/26 Premier League season, also shot three times in his country's 1-0 friendly defeat to Austria on 1 June.
