In his absence, Markus Karlsson and Oscar Johansson Schellhas have been the main options in the midfield.

Thirty-five-year-old Nahir Besara continues to be a key creator for the hosts and he should have a role to play on Thursday.

Anderlecht may also look a little light in midfield as Mario Stroeykens is a doubt owing to a thigh issue.
