Spain World Cup Top Scorer Odds: Yamal second-favourite as 8/1 Euro 2024 Golden Boot winner offers value

Reigning European champions Spain head into the 2026 FIFA World Cup as favourites to lift the trophy for a second time, 16 years after their triumphant tournament in South Africa.
Below are the Spain World Cup Top Scorer Odds, as I analyse the main contenders to be crowned as La Roja's leading marksman in North America.
Spain World Cup Top Scorer Odds
Mikel Oyazarbal @ 7/4
Real Sociedad star Mikel Oyazarbal only scored once for Spain at Euro 2024, but it was the most important goal of the tournament as his 86th-minute strike in the final against England proved to be decisive, with La Roja winning 2-1 to claim the trophy for the fourth time in their history.
Oyazarbal played all seven games at Euro 2024, making just a single start, but after scoring six goals in as many 2026 World Cup qualifiers, and registering four assists, he's expected to lead the line in North America this summer, and with doubts over the fitness of Lamine Yamal, the 29-year-old could be the main man in attack for Luis de la Fuente's side, at least from the beginning of the competition.
He arrives on the back of his best La Liga goalscoring season for La Real, netting 15 times in 34 appearances, and 24 goals in 52 caps is not to be sniffed at, especially when you note that 15 of those international strikes have come in 26 games since the start of 2024.
Lamine Yamal @ 3/1
A hamstring injury ruled Yamal out of Barcelona's final six games of the season and sparked concerns over his availability at the World Cup, but his national team boss, De la Fuente, recently expressed his optimism over the 18-year-old's fitness.
He said: "We knew [Lamine] was going to arrive in perfect condition and I would even risk saying that he will be [ready] for the first game."
Like Oyazarbal, Yamal has just enjoyed his best goalscoring season in La Liga, netting 16 times in 28 appearances, adding a further 10 goals in cup competitions, including six in 10 UEFA Champions League matches.
The teenager has already proven he is a player for the big stage, bagging a brace in a UEFA Nations League semi-final victory over France last year, less than 12 months after scoring against the same opposition in their Euro 2024 semi-final, which they also won (2-1).
Yamal was more of a provider at that tournament, though, with that strike against Les Bleus his only one, while he laid on four goals for his teammates.
He was 16 years old for the majority of the Euros, though, and he enters his first World Cup with a shed load more experience, despite not turning 19 until 13 July, as he has established himself as the main man for club and country, even taking penalties, which should help his case for top Spanish goalscorer (he only missed one of his seven spot-kicks in 2025/26).
Six goals in 25 caps is solid enough for a player of Yamal's age, and I wouldn't be surprised to see him hit double digits by the end of the tournament.
Ferran Torres @ 9/2
Yamal's club teammate, Ferran Torres, also scored 16 La Liga goals in the 2025/26 season, despite 10 of his 33 appearances coming as a substitute.
The 26-year-old has proven that, when handed the chance, he can be deadly in front of goal, and 23 goals in 55 national team outings is impressive, although he scored just once in five games at Euro 2024.
Still, he offers good value in this market, as long as he can get enough game time.
He should enter the tournament in good spirits, too, having scored five goals in his final seven club matches of the campaign (five starts).

Dani Olmo @ 8/1
This is a price that should generate interest as Dani Olmo shared the Euro 2024 Golden Boot with England's Harry Kane, Georgia's Georges Mikautadze, the Netherlands' Cody Gakpo, Slovakia's Ivan Schranz and Germany's Jamal Musiala; all six scored three goals.
Counting against the Barcelona man is the likelihood of him playing a deeper role than the likes of Yamal, Torres and Oyazarbal, but that doesn't negate his attacking threat, as he's often most dangerous arriving late into the box.
The 26-year-old wasn't prolific at club level in 2025/26, netting eight times in 49 appearances, and he's only scored once for his country post-Euro 2024, but at 8/1, the former RB Leipzig star, who has struck 12 times in 48 senior caps, is good value here.
Nico Williams @ 10/1
Athletic Club winger Nico Williams has scored six goals in 30 senior outings for Spain, and a third (two) of those strikes came at Euro 2024, including the opener in La Roja's triumphant final against England.
The 23-year-old has only scored two international goals since, though, and notched just six times in 32 appearances for his club side last term as he struggled with injuries.
He's a long shot here, expected to play more of a supporting role to the main cast, headed by Yamal.
