I think we are set for a brilliant encounter in Boston and I really like this Morocco side. Obviously France are the big favourites to progress here, but Morocco have looked strong having hammered Canada and drawn with Brazil in their opener.

Obviously France are a class above any other team we have seen so far at the World Cup, but I think this will be a really close encounter. I fancy this one to go into extra-time, and believe there is some fantastic value to be had in backing a draw after 90 minutes.

Kylian Mbappe to score (Sub Switch)

Obviously. Mbappe is surely going to go down as the greatest World Cup goalscorer in history, having now bagged 19 goals in 19 World Cup games. He was the man who made the difference from the penalty spot in that tough game against Paraguay and is the man for the big occasion.

Ayyoub Bouaddi 2+ fouls won

Morocco’s midfield is extremely talented and I’ve been massively impressed with the breakout star of the tournament. Ayyoub Bouaddi has run the show for Morocco at certain points in this tournament, and at just 18, is wonderful on the ball.

He won two fouls against Canada, the Netherlands and Brazil, and I doubt this combative French midfield are going to allow his time and space on the ball. I think this is a sensible selection.

Kouadio Kone to be carded (Sub Switch)

With Aurelien Tchouameni out, Kouadio Kone will start in midfield alongside Adrien Rabiot, and with the attacking front four - they both have an awful lot of work to do.

Kone was booked against Paraguay in a feisty affair, as he commited two fouls, and I think he is going to have his hands full with this Moroccan midfield. Decent price to get booked, and it takes our Bet Builder to 86/1.
