BrazilÂ
Brazil boss Carlo Ancelotti made two half-time changes against Morocco, and he could bring those that came on into the starting XI. Roger Ibanez struggled at right-back and so Danilo should replace him, while Fabinho could replace Casemiro as the Manchester United man struggled with the pace of the opener.Â
Alisson will remain in goal, while Gabriel and Marquinhos will keep their spots at centre-back. Douglas Santos remains first-choice left-back, with Danilo set to take the right-back spot. In midfield, Bruno Guimaraes and Lucas Paqueta will join Fabinho in the middle, while up top, there is also a decision to be made.Â
Matheus Cunha was surprisingly left on the bench in favour of Igor Thiago, but I’d expect Ancelotti to reverse that decision for this second group game after a poor showing from the Brentford striker. Raphinha and goalscorer Vinicius Jr. will start on the wings, and are likely to provide the biggest goal threat.Â
Gabriel Martinelli, Endrick and Rayan didn’t get on the pitch against Morocco and are hoping for some gametime here.Â
Haiti
Haiti put in a battling display against Scotland and can count themselves unfortunate to come away empty handed, so manager Sebastien Migne is likely to rely on the majority of the team that lost 1-0.Â
It will be interesting to see whether he starts with two up front in a 4-4-2 again, or whether Frantzdy Pierrot is sacrificed to make room for another midfielder. That feels likely up against the five-time winners, with Dominique Simon a potential option to feature in the heart of the midfield.Â
Auxerre’s Josue Casimir may get the nod over Don Deedson Louicius on the right wing, with Sunderland’s Wilson Isidor set to lead the line once more. The back four will be made up of Carlens Arcus, Ricardo Ade, Hannes Delcroix and Martin Experience with captain Johny Placide a mainstay in goal.

Brazil vs Haiti Key Players:
Key Player -Â Vinicius Jr. (Brazil)Â
Boring I know, but it was quite apparent in Brazil’s opener with Morocco that Vini Jr. was by far their best and most important player. I think the defence needs to sharpen up, but they are unlikely to be tested against Haiti - so it falls to the Real Madrid man to once again get amongst the goals.Â
Fifty-three touches, two chances created and one goal was impressive against a very good Morocco outfit, and I’d expect him to bag at least one goal against Haiti.Â
Key Player - Johny Placide (Haiti)
We’ve seen some truly amazing goalkeeping displays from underdogs this tournament, with 40-year-old Cape Verde shot-stopper Vozinha becoming an overnight star after keeping Spain at bay. Haiti’s captain Placide is going to have to put in a similar display if Haiti are going to escape with a draw, even though he only made one save against the Scots.Â
