Algeria vs Austria Bet Builder Tips: Bundesliga trio backed to come up trumps in Kansas City

Algeria and Austria, who have both beaten Jordan but have also both lost to Argentina, face off against each other in the final round of Group J fixtures at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri (Saturday 9pm local, Sunday 3am BST, BBC Two), with second and third place to be decided.
Below are my Algeria vs Austria Bet Builder Tips, with qualification on the line for both sides. My last Bet Builder involving Algeria, for their game against Jordan, was a successful one, paying out at 6.48/1, so here’s hoping for another winner here.

Total Goals - Under 2.5
A draw would send both Austria and Algeria through to the knockout phase, in second and third place, respectively, due to the former's superior goal difference.
It's all about whether Algeria ramp up the pressure to try and win the game, or settle for a point to avoid losing and suffering an early exit.
I don't see either side going gung-ho here, so it's best to back a low-scoring contest, in my opinion.
Player 2+ Shots (Super Sub) - Fares Chaibi (ALG)
This was one of four successful selections in my Jordan-Algeria Bet Builder, with Algeria forward Fares Chaibi recording two shots to add to the three he took against Argentina.
The 23-year-old, who averaged 1.8 shots per 90 for Eintracht Frankfurt in the 2025/26 Bundesliga campaign, has lasted the full 90-plus in both of the Fennecs’ group games, highlighting his importance to the side.
As such, he’s a good bet to try his luck another couple of times against Austria.
Betfred's Sub Switch rolls your bet to the oncoming substitute, so you stay in the game, even when your player doesn’t.
Player 2+ Shots (Sub Switch) - Marcel Sabitzer (AUT)
Austria have taken 17 shots across their first two group games, with Marcel Sabitzer responsible for more than a quarter (five).
The 32-year-old was off target with both of his efforts against Jordan before trying his luck three times against Argentina, forcing a save with his final effort.
Sabitzer has recorded 2+ shots in all three of his appearances this month for Austria, recording three attempts, scoring with one, in Das Team's 1-0 friendly win over Tunisia on 1 June, too.
The Borussia Dortmund midfielder takes the majority of Austria's set-pieces, so if there are any free-kicks in shooting range, expect Sabitzer to step up.
Player 2+ Fouls (Sub Switch) - Konrad Laimer (AUT)
I successfully backed Austria's Konrad Laimer to record 2+ fouls in his country's opening game against Jordan and to receive a card in their second against Argentina.
So, I'm looking to complete a Laimer hat-trick, of sorts, here.
I'm heading back to my first pick of 2+ fouls for a player who averaged 1.3 and 2.1 fouls per 90, respectively, in the 2025/26 Bundesliga and UEFA Champions League for Bayern Munich.
The 29-year-old committed 17 fouls in eight World Cup qualifiers, recording at least two in three of his appearances, and at Euro 2024, he conceded two fouls in each of Austria's first two group games.
Laimer started at left-back against Argentina, meaning he could be marking Algeria's right winger Riyah Mahrez, who won two fouls against Jordan last time out.
