Bet Builder - Milan Skriniar (FEN) 1+ Total Shots & Umut Nayir (KON) 1+ Total Shots on Target @ 21/10
Fenerbahce defender Milan Skriniar, who scored three goals in 16 Super Lig appearances during the second half of last season, has already notched twice in 14 games this term, including last time out in the league as his side drew 1-1 at Istanbul Basaksehir.
The 30-year-old is averaging 0.9 shots per game in this season's Super Lig, recording at least one shot in six of his last seven competition matches.
Konyaspor conceded to a centre-back, Caykur Rizespor's Samet Akaydin, during their 1-1 stalemate last time out, making it three straight games that they had seen an opposition centre-back try his luck at goal, so Skriniar will fancy his chances of getting on the end of a cross or two on Monday.
I'm also backing the visiting side's seven-goal forward, Umut Nayir, who spent the first half of the 2023/24 campaign on loan at Fenerbahce, to register a shot on target.
The 32-year-old, who is averaging 0.9 shots on target per game this season, scored from the spot against Rizespor last time out, and earlier in the campaign, he breached Galatasaray's defence at Rams Park, so he's already proven he can be the man for the big occasion.
Match Result & Both Teams to Score - Fenerbahce & Yes @ 8/5
Fenerbahce kept a clean sheet in midweek as they battered Brann in Norway, but they were helped by an 18th-minute red card shown to home defender Eivind Helland. Before their trip to Scandinavia, the Yellow Canaries had conceded in five consecutive games in all competition, winning the first two and drawing the next three.
Domeneco Tedesco's side are fourth in the Super Lig BTTS table, with 67% (10) of their 15 games finishing with at least one goal on either side.
Top of that particular table are Konyaspor, who have seen BTTS-Yes land in 73% (11) of their 15 matches. That number rises to 86% away from home, while Fenerbahce's home record is 71%, so hopes are high for both teams to strike on Monday, particularly as the selection was a winner in both head-to-heads last season.
It was Fenerbahce who came out on top on both occasions, though, winning 3-2 on their travels in January before edging proceedings at home in May (3-2).
Tedesco's side are looking strong again at home, winning five and drawing two of their seven league games there this season, while Konyaspor have triumphed just twice on their travels (D2, L2), so it feels like a wise move to back the hosts again here.
