Dynamo Kyiv vs Noah Prediction: Noah to arc into knockouts on back of draw

It would take a freakish set of results to deny FC Noah their place in the Uefa Conference League knockout stage, but they will still be after a win against Dynamo Kyiv on Thursday (20:00 GMT, Discovery+) to seal a top-eight spot in the league phase. Dynamo Kyiv cannot qualify, but will still be hoping to sign off with a win at the Arena Lublin in Lublin, Poland.

Dynamo Kyiv centre-back Aliou Thiare is suspended after picking up a third yellow card of the competition in the 2-1 loss at Fiorentina.

Fellow defender Denys Popov and midfielder and skipper Vitaliy Buialski are also out.

Dynamo Kyiv are an 11/10 chance for a fixture that is largely meaningless for them. Noah, not mathematically through but as good as into the knockouts, are a 12/5 shot.

The draw, which would certainly do the Armenians, is also 12/5. Their Bosnian striker Nardin Mulahusejnovic, the competition's joint-top scorer on five goals, is 11/2 to open the scoring.

Noah are on the verge of making a bit of history in the Conference League and can get the point they need to seal the deal.

Sandro Perkovic's men's 2-1 win over Legia Warsaw last time out took them to eight points from five games, and if they lose in Lublin against Dynamo Kyiv, it's still highly unlikely they will be denied a place in the top 24 of the league phase.

It isn't as though Dynamo have anything tangible to play for, having lost four of their five fixtures to be stuck in the elimination zone.

In reality, there isn't much on the line, though Noah would certainly take the point and will be set up accordingly.

Their away record of late hasn't been the greatest, with their only win in seven road games since the middle of August coming at Ararat-Yerevan, who are propping up the Armenian Premier League.

They have, however, drawn five of their last six away games, including both away days in this competition, 1-1 at both Uni Craiova and Aberdeen.
