The big absentee for Noah is forward Goncalo Gregorio, who is expected to miss the next few matches after picking up a knee problem.

t has been a slow start to the League Phase for Aberdeen, who have collected just one point from a possible nine and have conceded a competition-high nine goals.

But the Dons appear to have turned a corner in recent weeks and Sunday's 1-0 home victory over Scottish Premiership leaders Hearts extended their unbeaten run to four matches.

Jimmy Thelin's side managed a 0-0 draw against AEK Larnaca, who have accounted for Crystal Palace and AZ Alkmaar in the League Phase, on matchday three and that shows the level they are performing at right now.

Aberdeen have tightened up at the back, keeping three clean sheets in their last four fixtures, and they should have enough quality to get the better of FC Noah.

Sandro Perkovic's side have won just one of their last seven assignments and they may find this trip to Pittodrie a step too far for them.
