BTTS Yes in Cruzeiro vs Red Bull Bragantino

The first leg of this BTTS acca involves Cruzeiro and Red Bull Bragantino, who meet at the former's Mineirao stadium in Belo Horizonte (20:00).

Both side have made a solid start to the season, with Cruzeiro seventh on 23 points, one point ahead of ninth-placed Bragantino, who have played a game more than Saturday's hosts.

Bragantino are joint-first with Criciuma in the BTTS - Yes table, with 11 of their 15 (73%) Serie A matches finishing with at least a goal on either side, including five of eight on their travels.

Cruzeiro (6/14 - 43%), meanwhile, feature a lot lower down, with only Palmeiras (four), Gremio and Corinthians (both five) involved in fewer games where both teams have scored.

The Foxes have been particularly stingy at home, winning all six matches and conceding just four times, keeping a clean sheet in their last three.

This fixture ended in a goalless draw last September, but I don't see it ending that way again on Saturday.

Bragantino may have blanked in a 2-0 defeat to Sao Paulo on Sunday, but before that loss, their last seven contests had seen both teams find the net, and in Helinho (five goals), they have a player who can match the output of Cruzeiro's top scorer, ex-West Bromwich Albion star Matheus Pereira.

BTTS Yes in Bahia vs Cuiaba

Kicking off simultaneously on Saturday is a clash between Bahia and Cuiaba at Arena Fonte Nova in Salvador, with both teams looking to get back to winning ways.

Bahia lost 2-0 at Palmeiras on Sunday while Cuiaba's stalemate at Flamengo (1-1) was their fourth in their last five games, with their most recent victory back on June 20 at Sao Paulo (0-1).

Cuiaba are currently 16th in Serie A and have really struggled to convert draws into wins, but they have at least been consistent scorers in the past few weeks, with BTTS - Yes landing in their last four outings.

Meanwhile, only Criciuma, Bragantino and Flamengo (all 11) have seen more games finish with a goal on either side than Bahia (10), and Saturday's hosts will wear the scars of last season's 3-0 home defeat to Cuiaba heading into this encounter.

A 20th-minute red card shown to since-departed defender Camilo Candido derailed their chances of scoring that day, so they will be hopeful that as long as they can keep 11 players on the pitch, they will score.

BTTS - Yes hasn't won in either of Bahia's matches this month so far, but did so in six of their seven in June.

BTTS Yes in Sport Club do Recife vs America-MG

The third and final selection from Brazil sees us move down a division into Serie B for a big clash between Sport Recife and America-MG at Arena Pernambuco in Sao Lourenco da Mata (21:00).

Sport Recife and America-MG are currently third and second respectively, separated by just two points, with Saturday's hosts having played a game fewer. It's early in the season but with America-MG dropping down from Serie A and Sport Recife finishing just a point off the promotion places last term, both sides will be gunning for a top-four place this year and can lay down a serious marker on Saturday.

America-MG games have been among the most goal-laden in Serie B this year with only 10th-placed Ceara (38) witnessing more than the 33 goals (20 for, 13 against) seen in theirs, while only Paysandu (nine) have been involved in more games where both teams have scored than America-MG (eight).

Sport Recife don't rank highly in that particular table, with only five of their matches finishing with at least a goal on either side, though two of their last three have ended that way.

In a battle of two promotion chasers, I think both sides will be 'at it' on Saturday, and that should lend itself to an entertaining encounter which will boost the chances of this selection landing.

BTTS Yes in Mjallby AIF vs Malmo FF

Finally, we head to Hallevik, Sweden for Mjallby's match with Malmo at Strandvallen (14:00). The game is another top-of-the-table clash as leaders Malmo travel to third-place Mjallby looking to extend the gap between them to nine points.

Whether Malmo manage to secure the victory remains to be seen, but there should be goals in this one.

Malmo are the division's top scorers with 39 goals from 14 outings while Mjallby (25) have struck at least once in all but one of their league matches this term.

Furthermore, Mjallby have been involved in 10 games where both teams have scored - only Norrkoping can match that record - which includes their last four contests.

Malmo have only seen six of their matches finish with at least a goal on either side, but four of those have come in their last five.

At home, I think Mjallby can cause more trouble for the Malmo defence, which hasn't kept a clean sheet since May 24, while it would be a surprise if the Swedish giants were kept out of the net for the first time this season.
