Borussia Dortmund (A) to beat Atalanta @ 21/10

Borussia Dortmund have a two-goal lead against Atlanta after winning the first leg 2-0 at Signal Iduna Park and BVB look capable of sealing their place in the last-16 stage in style.

Niko Kovac’s men were clearly the better side on home turf, putting up expected goals numbers of 2.10 to Atalanta’s 0.47, and a trip to Bergamo should hold no fears for the Bundesliga outfit.

Atalanta will be forced to chase the tie at the New Balance Arena and that is a dangerous game to play against a Dortmund side who have won four of their last five games and hit 13 goals in the process.

Real Madrid (H) to beat Benfica @ 4/9

There were some awful scenes in the first leg of this play-off tie at the Estadio da Luz, but Real Madrid came out of that with a 1-0 lead over Benfica and they are set for a more comfortable experience on home soil.

Los Blancos have won 14 of their 16 games at the Santiago Bernabeu and they have been in excellent scoring form at home of late, netting 19 times in their last five assignments in Madrid.

Benfica have travlled poorly in the Champions League, losing three of their four away fixtures in the league phase, and this will prove to be a bridge too far for them to gap.

Birmingham (A) to beat Millwall @ 15/8

In-from Birmingham are making a push for the Championship play-offs and they were excellent when beating Norwich 2-1 at Carrow Road at the weekend.

Chris Davies’s side have lost only one of their last 13 matches in 90 minutes and they can take advantage of a Millwall side who have failed to win their last two matches at The Den.

Coventry (A) to beat Sheffield United @ 13/8

Sheffield United made pretty hard work of beating relegated Sheffield Wednesday 2-1 on Sunday and the Blades could fall to Championship leaders Coventry, who are back on track after a stumble.

The Sky Blues are unbeaten in three, drawing 0-0 against Oxford before recording wins over second-placed Middlesbrough and relegation-threatened West Brom.

United are missing a couple of key players for this contest due to suspension and they could find themselves on the wrong end of the result at Bramall Lane.

Stoke (H) to beat Oxford @ 5/6

It’s seven Championship matches without success for Stoke, but four of those have ended in draws and they have been showing more signs of life than Wednesday's visitors Oxford.

The U's have won just one of their last 10 away games in the league and they have failed to score in their last two road fixtures, evidence of their attacking struggles.

Stoke won November's reverse fixture 3-0 and they can complete the league double over relegation-threatened Oxford.
