MI vs RR Odds

The head-to-head stats suggest these two teams have been evenly matched, with Mumbai collecting 16 wins and Rajasthan claiming 15 victories in their 31 meetings.

Home team Mumbai are 10/11 to win this fixture for a 17th time, while the Royals can also be backed at 10/11 to take the points.

Team News

With nothing to play for but pride, Mumbai coach Mahela Jayawardene could make changes and give some fringe players a chance to impress.

One change could be leg-spinner Raghu Sharma dropping out and being replaced by debutant seamer Mohammed Izhar.

Ravindra Jadeja and Riyan Parag both sat out Rajasthan’s win over the Lucknow Super Giants, but they are expected to return to the Royals XI on Sunday.

If Parag is passed fit to play, the all-rounder will take over the captaincy from opener Yashasvi Jaiswal.

Rajasthan Royals to win @ 10/11

Rajasthan had lost three games in a row prior to this Tuesday’s victory over the Super Giants and that run chase will have boosted confidence.

After Lucknow finished their innings on 220-5, the Royals made 225-3 with five balls to spare, mainly thanks to a 75-run opening partnership.

In contrast, the Mumbai Indians have won just four of their 13 matches this season and head into Sunday’s clash on the back of a four-wicket defeat to Kolkata Knight Riders.

Rajasthan came out on top in the meeting between the teams in Guwahati back in early April, with the Royals winning a rain-affected match by 27 runs.

Dhruv Jurel to be Rajasthan Royals' top batter @ 7/2

Dhruv Jurel has been an influential player for Rajasthan this season, in what is his fourth season with the Royals.

The 25-year-old has averaged 38.18 to date and has 420 runs to his name, which is his biggest total in four IPL campaigns.

Jurel has scored five half-centuries in this year’s competition, which includes an unbeaten 53 against the Super Giants on Tuesday.

The wicket-keeper batter, who should come in at three, smashed six boundaries in his 38-ball knock in midweek.

It was a second successive half-century after Jurel also fired 53 runs in the defeat to the Delhi Capitals last weekend.
