CSK vs KKR Odds

Chennai Super Kings have won eight of their ten IPL home fixtures against Kolkata Knight Riders and they are 8/11 to enhance that record against 11/10 shots KKR.

Kolkata conceded six sixes in the final three overs of last week's bruising three-wicket defeat to Lucknow at Eden Gardens.

Chennai are 5/6 to hit the most sixes in Tuesday's game with the Knight Riders 11/10 and the draw 9/1.

Team News

Chennai Super Kings welcomed back middle-order batter Dewald Brevis after a side strain for the weekend win over Delhi. Veteran MS Dhoni (calf) is yet to feature this season and remains a doubt.

Kolkata Knight Riders will assess the fitness of India leg-spinner Varun Chakravarthy, who is struggling with a hand injury.

Fast bowlers Harshit Rana and Akash Deep are sidelined, and Sri Lankan paceman Matheesha Pathirana will not be available until Sunday's clash with the Rajasthan Royals.

Dewald Brevis - Top Home Team Batter @ 6/1

Brevis provided a rare bright spark for Chennai Super Kings in last season's IPL, but the South Africa batter missed the first three games of the new campaign due to injury.

Samson's sublime century meant Brevis was not required to bat in Saturday's home win over Delhi, so he will be raring to go when he gets an opportunity against Kolkata.

He looks a big price to top-score for the hosts as market leader Samson made only six, seven and nine in his first three outings this season.

Chennai captain Ruturaj Gaikwad has a top score of just 28 from four innings, so Brevis, who walloped 225 runs from 125 deliveries in the 2025 IPL, could outshine his fellow Super Kings batters.

Ayush Mhatre to hit over 2.5 fours in the 1st Innings @ 10/11

Ayush Mhatre is another impressive member of Chennai's batting unit and he is worth backing to hit at least three fours against an inconsistent KKR bowling attack.

Mhatre dazzled in the second half of last season, hitting 31 fours – six more than any other CSK player, despite playing only half of their 14 matches.

He has made a blistering start to his first full season, particularly in CSK's opening two home fixtures.

The exciting number three cracked 73 against Punjab, hitting six fours, and he found the ropes three times in his innings of 59 against Delhi at the weekend.
