Team News
Norway striker Erling Haaland is set to make his 50th appearance for his country and he will look to net his 56th goal.
His former Manchester City teammate Oscar Bobb may provide support from the right, while Bobb's Fulham comrade Sander Berge is expected to anchor the midfield.
Kristoffer Ajer and Leo Ostigard are expected to be the preferred defensive pairing on Monday.
Alexander Isak has had a disappointing first season as a Liverpool player, having been plagued with injuries. The Sweden striker is set to get some valuable minutes against Norway to try and ease him into the workload that'll be required at the World Cup.
Fellow attacker Viktor Gyokeres won't link up with his teammates yet after participating in the UEFA Champions League final with Arsenal.
Norway vs Sweden Predicted Lineups
- Norway: Nyland; Pedersen, Ajer, Ostigard, Bjorkan; Thorstvedt, Berge, Thorsby; Bobb, Haaland, Nusa
- Sweden: Nordfeldt; Lagerbielke, Starfelt, Lindelof; Svensson, Ayari, Karlstrom, Gudmundsson; Elanga, Nygren; Isak
Norway have won two of their last four outings and they are deemed the 5/6 favourites to come out on top.
Sweden are an 11/4 bet to earn the victory on Monday, while the stalemate is on offer at 13/5.
Haaland is the 19/20 favourite to score anytime in this clash, while Isak is 15/8 to find the net.
Norway vs Sweden Stats
- 6 of Norway's last 11 victories have been at home
- They are unbeaten in the past 6 meetings, including victories in the previous 2
- Erling Haaland has 55 goals in 49 appearances for Norway
Match Result - Norway @ 5/6
Norway have been excellent over the past couple of years and they have won 11 of their last 14 matches (both competitive and friendlies). Six of these wins have come on home turf, so this is going to be a tricky trip for Sweden, despite this being a warm-up for the World Cup.
Despite a poor qualifying campaign, Sweden did deliver when needed in the play-offs, which they earned because of their UEFA Nations League performance. This will be a test for them but one that I think will end in failure.
Norway are just too strong at home and they are unbeaten in the past six meetings, winning each of the previous two.

Anytime Goalscorer - Erling Haaland @ 19/20
Haaland is already Landslaget's all-time top scorer and by the time his international career is finished, you have to imagine that he'll have set a record that will be in place for a very long time.
A half century of appearances for your country is a momentous occasion, and I think the centre-forward will look to mark the occasion in style with a goal, especially as he won't need much motivation when the game is against their Scandinavian rivals.
