After losing a crunch clash at Leeds United on Friday, Nottingham Forest face another huge contest in the Premier League as they welcome Wolves to the City Ground on Wednesday (19:30 GMT, TNT Sports 6).

Team News

Nicolo Savona, Chris Wood (both knee) are out injured for Nottingham Forest. Neco Williams continues to serve the suspension he picked up against Crystal Palace.

Stefan Ortega will continue between the sticks due to the injuries to John Victor (knee), Matz Sels (muscle).

Lorenzo Lucca could be thrown in from the start by Sean Dyche after scoring his first goal for the club against Leeds.

Toti Gomes (thigh) and Hwang Hee-chan (hamstring) are on the injury list for Wolves. The Old Gold will be hoping midfielder Andre can shake off a calf issue to feature alongside Joao Gomes in the engine room.

This is a game in which Forest's star players need to rise to the occasion. There is quality in their side but they need to show it. Wolves have slipped back into a rut and I do believe their opponents can profit from this.

Therefore I am backing Forest to come out on top, along with over 1.5 goals, which has been successful in both teams' past three outings in the Premier League.

With Wolves losing the midfield battle in most games they have played this term, the card market is always eye-catching for their men in the middle of the park. Joao Gomes is their biggest offender with eight bookings, the joint-most in the division.

The Brazilian was carded when the two teams met at Molineux in December, and he has also been booked in two of his previous three appearances in the league heading into Wednesday.
