Friday Greyhound Tips: Heading up to the Downs with three from Suffolk

It's Friday, when you rush home from school to watch The Simpsons and The Fresh Prince of Bel Air on BBC 2, bit of Top of the Pops then bed in time to get up for SM:TV Live. What do you mean none of those programmes are on those channels any more and I'm 36? Give over.
One man who always knows what's going on is our resident greyhounds tipster, Michael Smyth (bettingjungle on X). Read on for Smyth's Daily Greyhound Tips.

2 pt 15:03 Suffolk Downs – Rapido Auz (T1) @ SP
Valley fell foul to the weather yesterday with the Ystrad Mynach venue abandoning racing after the third race at 15:11. Today, we head to Suffolk Downs with one eye on the weather forecast. One that jumped off the card was the Michelle Brown-trained railer RAPIDO AUZ who lines up from T1 in the D3 graded sprint race at 15:03 over the two-bend 220-metre trip at the Mildenhall venue, Suffolk Downs.
Around Towcester during the summer, Rapdio Auz was a consistent D2 performer. Since moving to Suffolk Downs, the July 2022 daughter of Pestana has run seven times with two open races and four D2 sprints on her card plus a drop into this grade last time out. Rapido Auz missed the break on that occasion and a line can be put through that run. This afternoon it's all eyes on the break. If she holds the rails, it should be all over bar the shouting. Savana Mist rates as the main danger from T5.

1 pt 15:41 Suffolk Downs – Speedy Lucy (T6) @ SP
One that looks very well-drawn this afternoon is SPEEDY LUCY, who runs from T6 at 15:41 over the four-bend 338-metre trip as the solo wide seed in the race and with a vacant box on her inside in T5. That vacant box strengthens the hand of Speedy Lucy and with a smart exit from the boxes the June 2022 daughter of Droopys Sydney can lead round and make all.
On the bunny, the Paul Rea-trained runner is capable of around the 24.20 mark, a repeat of that would see her bolt up this afternoon. Savana Sandy is lightly raced and rates as a danger from T1. The July 2023 daughter of Ballyhimikin Jet impressed on Monday, December 29, when winning from off the pace in 24.38. She would be a huge runner here with a level break and is worth noting in the market.

1 pt 17:14 Suffolk Downs – Noteworthy (T3) @ SP
At 17:14 all eyes will be on the 548m boxes in what looks like an ultra-competitive S2 graded race over the six-bend trip. Paul Rea holds a strong hand with Hillcroft Mick (T1), Droopys Halley (T2) and Noteworthy (T3) all based at his Cambridgeshire kennels. Preference is for Noteworthy in T3, who can win this from the front or if turning on the tail of the leader.
The June 2023 daughter of Ballymac Cashout is strong over this trip and also has winning form over further at Yarmouth. As ever, the key is the break, trap well, avoid a bump and its race on. Savana Clowns (T4) stayed on well to win over the eight-bend 716-metre trip last time out and could be worth including in forecast bets. Savana Memories looks well-drawn out in T5 and rates as the main danger.
