Below are my Parma vs Pisa predictions, supported by all the latest team news and match odds.

Team News
Juan Cuadrado (muscle), Daniel Denoon (ankle), Ebenezer Akinsanmiro (shoulder), Calvin Stengs, Tomas Esteves (both thigh), Matheus Lusuardi and Isak Vural (both knee) all sat out last Sunday's 2-0 home defeat to Inter Milan. All seven could miss Monday's game, too.
Parma were in Coppa Italia action on Thursday, suffering late heartache as Santiago Castro's 89th-minute goal condemned them to a 2-1 defeat at Bologna.
Carlos Cuesta made seven changes to his starting XI from the 2-0 league defeat at home to Udinese five days prior, with only Enrico Del Prato, Mariano Troili, Mandela Keita and Sascha Britschgi keeping their starting spots.
Cuesta is likely to field a lineup more similar to that seen in the loss to Udinese, but Troili will have to be replaced as he is suspended following his red card last time out in the league.
Zion Suzuki (finger), Alessandro Circati (leg), Abdoulaye Ndiaye (groin) and Matija Frigan (knee) remain sidelined for I Crociati.
Pisa vs Parma Predicted Lineups
- Pisa: Scuffet; Albiol, Caracciolo, Canestrelli; Toure, Marin, Aebischer, Piccinini, Angori; Meister, Nzola
- Parma: Corvi; Del Prato, Lovik, Valenti; Britschgi, Bernabe, Keita, Sorensen, Valeri; Cutrone, Pellegrino
Pisa are 11/8, or a 42.1% chance, to chalk up just a second win of the season, with Parma priced at 9/4 for their third, implying a 30.8% probability of success, while the draw is available at 2/1.
Pisa vs Parma Stats
- PIS & PAR have both drawn 0-0 three times apiece this season
- Pellegrino (PAR) is averaging 0.8 shots on target p/g in 25/26 Serie A
- Bernabe (PAR) is averaging 1.8 shots p/g
Correct Score - 0-0 @ 6/1
It's not pretty, but the 6/1 price for a goalless draw is looking like value here.
After 13 rounds of fixtures, only Hellas Verona (eight) have scored fewer Serie A goals this season than Parma (nine), who have blanked seven times already this term.
Pisa (10 goals) haven't fared much better, also failing to score in seven games.
The similarities don't end there, as both sides have also played out three 0-0 draws apiece this season.
Two of Parma's goalless draws have come on their travels, while all three of Pisa's have been on home soil.
Pisa have only scored once in seven home games, although they have conceded just four goals.
Parma have struck just three times on their travels, conceding seven times in six games, and so a goalless draw looks too good to ignore at 6/1.

Bet Builder - Mateo Pellegrino (PAR) 1+ Shots on Target & Adrian Bernabe (PAR) 1+ Shots @ 21/10
Parma forward Mateo Pellegrino averaged 0.7 shots on target per game in Serie A last season, despite five of his 13 competition appearances coming from the bench.
The 24-year-old is more assured of a starting spot this season, beginning all 13 league matches so far in 2025/26, and he's lifted his shots-on-target average slightly to 0.8.
The Spanish-born Argentine has scored four goals this term, bagging a brace in Parma's last away game in Serie A, a 2-1 victory over Verona on November 23.
Pellegrino looks good to register at least one shot on target at Pisa, and I'm combining that selection with at least two shots for his teammate, Adrian Bernabe, who is averaging 1.8 shots per game in Serie A this season (1.3 per game in 2024/25).
Bernabe failed to record an effort against Udinese last time out in the league, but he had tried his luck at least twice in his previous five appearances, and this line has landed in nine of his 13 Serie A matches in 2025/26.
